I have owned property in Wallowa county since 1992 and have had numerous property managers over the years. Wallowa Mt Properties is absolutely the worst. They don’t return phone calls. They spend money on needless repairs without authorization. They don’t disperse monies to the owners in a timely fashion. They didn’t even file a 1099 with the IRS so I could do my taxes. They did not rent my property out at the agreed amount. The list is endless. Be warned!
