11Eden Francisco and Carlos are the best techs ever they took care of my oil and tires in no time
You could go here and save a few bucks, or you could stick a pen in your eye. The latter will be more enjoyable. If you want to get their tires have them shipped to you house and find somewhere else to mount
I have come twice and neither time have I been able to resolve my problem. The first time to change the oil and they only had the most expensive one and now to change my wheels and they also tell me that they only have the most expensive ones and that it can't be today because they don't have the money because they have shifts when it's 4 in the afternoon and they It means they close at 7. Terrible service and a lot of shortages.
Its aight.they should be faster to take your info and have faster oil changes.the walmart employees that work that area inside the store arent cool and they lag so when your cars ready you still have to wait for them to slowly and casually stroll up to the register to give you your keys.
Don't take your car here. I took it in for an oil change. They drained the wrong fluid, and I was driving around without coolant and cracked my radiator. They're incompetent
Showed up on time for 11 am appointment (1 hour). By 1pm they hadn’t even started. Nice people, but seemed like they can’t keep up with the work. Had to leave. Don’t book if you have somewhere to be.
Brought my car in at 10: 50 for an oil change, with one car ahead of me, and left at 12: 45. One of the technicians broke off the plastic switch to adjust my front driver window. No one notified me. No note in the report. Just got to reach and find nothing on my ride home and eventually found the broken switch in the pocket of my driver door. Been on hold three different times for 45 minutes collectively. Keep getting passed from customer service to auto center (which doesn’t answer) only to be kicked back to customer service staff who kick you back to the line no one answers.
Nobody would answer my questions.
The phone card I bought didn't work.
The service was lousy.
The attitude of the people working there was even worse!
Security cars are going up and down in the parking lot hard eye balling everywhere.

I called them twice but both times no one ever picked up. I always end up getting a regular store associate who tells me ‘Sorry they are busy. ’ As this is the only Walmart close to the Portland metro area it’s really inconvenient to not be able to just call and get a couple of questions answered.
I went into get my tire repair due to a nail puncture. Larry the technician told me he couldn’t repair my tire which I had purchased from Walmart. I knew he was lying! I took my car up to Nolan’s and they had it repaired in 20 minutes. Never going to walmart again!
They refused to change the oil due to a wire hanging next to the pedals. I don't understand how this is related.
