Walmart Neighborhood Market

I was just there to pick up a order for my daughter. The folks were very nice and made sure to. Verify that I was the person authorized to do the pickup.

They need more open checkers! At least one.some people can not check out them selves at self checkout because of disabilities. For example I have to extremely limit bending and lifting. After filling my cart, l am at the point where I can not take the pain that it causes anymore. It is nearly impossible for me to shop for my family of 6 there. I almost want to pursue legal action due to the physical pain and suffering that self checkout has caused me!

I wish this Walmart was better stocked. It's on my way home, so I make plans to stop in there before and/or after work at times. Every time I go in there, there's at least 1 or 2 items that they are out of that I'm looking for. Example: I went into this location 2 days ago in the evening looking for Stok coffee. They were completely out of all Stok products except the small servings. I went in at 6: 30am 2 days later, hoping that they had restocked and maybe the morning time would be better to get the coffee, and they were still completely out of the coffee. This has happened multiple times with multiple different items. Ice cream is another one I have bad luck with. At any given time, I go in there looking for rainbow sherbert, and all brands are gone. I guess this location has a problem with juggling supply and demand? Only go here if you have enough time to go somewhere else after you realize they are out of stock of what you wanted. Edit: Went in for the third time this week, and still no cold brew coffee at all. How is it that I can go throughout the week and not ONCE find an item?

If I could give it zero Stars I would this is the worst Walmart I've been to in my 45 years of going to the stores not only is customer service not on duty but they have no managers on site. The first time I thought it was a fluke but after very many times of being there they have no managers.no responsibility whatsoever to customer service the employees run the store not the managers. Customer service is a zero percent, calling corporate office tomorrow this neighborhood Milwaukee store off McLoughlin has the worst staff, when asked employee which was during business hours 11: 00am in the morning what time customer service will be returning after waiting for 15 mins.they said "I don't know maybe now maybe later they might be on a lunch break we don't know. "after waiting there for for over 20mins I left the store highly disappointed.called when returned home and no one answered the phone.had to call phymaicy to ask business hours of said costumer service, they did not know. She graceley said she would walk over to costumer and find out. Apoun here return she told me she couldn't find anyone (employee or management) to help her. I'm done with Walmart for ever good luck future shoppers!

Not crowded, everything I needed was in stock, parking was available, and the store was clean.

Checkout is not so great though. There was only 1 checker. So anyone who didn't want to self checkout (or had too many items) had to wait in a decent size line. They should be trying to get people out of the store.

Their stock selection was extremely pitiful. Their produce department was so pathetic that I didn't even go to the rest of the store. My husband and i went straight to the fruit when we got there. All the shelves were basically empty and the few fruits they did have were old and moldy. We were there less than 5 minutes before we put the couple things that we had grabbed back on the shelf and walked out. And that was at like 5: 00 with hours left to go before they closed.

The store must have a lot of theft because I was followed around like I had sticky fingers. I feel like my appearance is clean, well kept and appropriate. I have a small backpack purse which I keep on my back while shopping. I would never steal anything from a store. I had multiple employees follow me from aisle to aisle and It made me feel very uncomfortable. This upset me because I couldn't understand what part of me was giving them that impression. I will not go back.

You can buy items online and pick them up here, but if you want to return them here (if anyone is even working customer service desk that day, they were literally closed the first day wasted my lunch break driving there
. Never seen an integral part of a Walmart CLOSED before) they will let you wait in line for 25 minutes then let you know they don't take online returns. Because they "don't have a truck anymore" hahahahah I wish I was joking. My email states I can return "at any Walmart location" but apparently not this one because the truck stopped going there? Walmart is a horrible store in general and I use them maybe once a year, but this is the worst location I've seen.

Watch out for the older lady at self check out she's very rude she pick in choose who she help guess I wasn't good enough for her liking! I have no idea they shouldn't employ staff that has bias point of views that's good way of getting sued!

Will no longer be shopping at this Walmart due to a lack of cashiers. I don't mind self checkout for a few items but not having any cashiers at all is a complete lack of service.

I would rate this walmart 5 stars, but even one staff member who thinks it's their job to harass costumers is infinitely too many.

This store is a horrible work environment, people are treated with retaliation for speaking up against wrong doing and harassment. Co-worker's are neglected and cast aside due to biased opinions and favoritism. It's very unfortunate when someone speaks up against evil they're treated with that same evil. Be not overcomers of evil, but overcome evil with good

The order pick up process is generally seamless but this time (the only time ever) the order wasn’t ready and I wanted to get an estimate on how long it would take.

Instead of getting in touch with the associate picking the order, Kacey (sp?) who answered the pickup line, decided just to hang up on me. I wasn’t rude or short with her at all. She just felt like that was the proper course of action.

So, management, if you’re reading this and even care how your employees represent your store, take note. I’ve picked up from a handful of Walmarts and not once has this happened.

I’m sure this one will keep her job because no one wants to work anymore. At least Kacey (sp?) isn’t collecting unemployment like so many others but maybe she should consider a job as a custodian or night cleaning crew where she doesn’t need to interact with the general public.

Clean follows Covid protocol very helpful employees. Nicely stocked and fresh produce.this has been our new go to store for shopping.

Shopping shopping it's never fun I hate grocery shopping so I don't have really much to say my caregiver got a bunch of groceries that I needed and that's about it

Guy greeting at the door was odd. Hand signals where not helping at all. He kept pointing up at the sky when I asked where the ice was I found the ice myself grabbed a bag and left.
