Walmart Pharmacy, Happy Valley OR

It's always am issue when I pick up my wife's pain meds. They either say we don't have a refill or like yesterday they didn't have enough in stock. She is now waiting to hear when they will have her meds. She's going through withdrawal its horrible. My wife is in palative care and will likely never gey better. Mary is a great pharmacist she's helpful and patient but the rest of the team seenes clueless. Hopefully they get it together

Excellent experience at this pharmacy. Everyone was very friendly, process of getting vaccinated was quick and easy and the wonderful woman who administered the shot was so gentle I barely felt it.

Sending out a huge thank you to the pharmacist Mary at the Happy Valley Walmart. I recently relocated to the area and needed assistance transferring an Rx. Mary was so helpful and made sure my Rx was transferred quickly and even left a VM to confirm the Rx was taken care of. Huge gratitude and highly recommend this location if you are looking for a friendly and helpful location to get prescriptions filled.

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years. I have gotten to know the employees. They have taken the time to learn my name. They are all very nice people! They make my pharmacy run enjoyable.

I absolutely adore all of the employees at the Clackamas/Happy Valley Walmart pharmacy! Today Mary took care of me like always, showing how personable she is in taking a sincere interest in the needs and concerns of her customers! Everyone is ALWAYS SO SO SO friendly. You guys rock!

Best Pharmacy experience of my life thanks to Mary behind the desk. She helped me in a very critical time, and even stayed late to help me get a booster and came out to help other people well after close. Give this lady a raise! Redeemed Walmart pharmacy from another location that told me incorrectly I needed to be 50+.

All my pharmacists are so on top of it when it comes to me, Mary is my queen in the pharmacy and I can't even imagine another place getting my prescriptions. Thank you all that take such good care of me.

I just had my COVID booster at this location, and typically hate getting poked - Alelie did such a great job I didn’t even feel it at all! Everyone was super nice - I went a little out of my way to come to this location because it had more availability than locations closer to home. It was quick, not busy at all, and staff was great.

We applaud the caliber of care given at this Walmart Pharmacy. The tenure of the employees there is incredible. It was nice to see familiar faces from YEARS ago. We have been very pleased with the help given when it came to a canine prescription. THEN we scheduled our vaccine appointment with the same team. We received tons of information before and after the vaccine. The team is so professional and so caring. Thank you Happy Valley Walmart Pharmacy Team!

Normally a quick in and out with great staff. The pharmacist is absolutely great. Today was frustrating, the first guy I dealt with waved me up and just stood there looking annoyed at me. I had to literally yell for him to hear me with the waiting area full of people. I will just come back if I see him working, it's not worth the it

Best vaccine place. Mary and Alelie were so nice. I have panic attacks and they were so sweet. They kept me super calm and helped me through the whole process. I was in an out in less than 10 minutes.

Guess I have been treated better than most because I would have given them five stars but I save that for really extraordinary service. They normally have the best prices, are both kind and courteous, and are very convenient. My wife uses the Costco pharmacy and usually needs to have me pick things up for her due to the inconvenience of their hours, and it is frustrating because they often have to order in medications, which takes longer. I'll take Walmart over Costco any day.

I had to run in to buy some last minute necessary things with my boyfriend. We have a medical exemption to not wear a mask. Normally I order through an app and have a curbside delivery, however I couldn’t wait this time. We got all our items in a few minutes and were heading out when I heard someone shouting across isles at us asking if we have masks. We stopped and politely declined and explained our reasoning. It was humiliating, people were staring at us as if we’re some outcasts, non human, virus carriers. This was a store manager, stubborn and unprofessional, made us put down our things where we were and literally walked behind us to make sure we leave the building.
Disturbing and upsetting! This was definitely personal for him.

Rude. Unhelpful. I was looking for a particular item in the pharmacy section. It Took me 20 minutes to find one one specific Item that I know they had in stock. It's almost like they were willfully ignorant just to try to get rid of me. Keep up the bad work wallyworld.

I always lower my expectations when I walk into walmart, but I would expect a little bit more professionalism from the pharmacy.
