Walmart Supercenter reviews
28Couldn't find anything, store was packed, check stand's were closed, self checkout no one to assist use of self checkout
Only self checkout open, 2 people for a bunch of checkout stations. If you are disabled or elderly do not come to this store as you will have to do everything yourself. Fredmyer is not forcing people to do self checkout and they are fast & efficient.
The worst Walmart I have ever been in my life and I am 45 years old they have no customer service skills being polite was not a requirement on their application. There is one employee that I love seeing Annette she works the money center and is probably the best employee they have she is the sweetest
Although they are under renovation, the staff was kind and helpful, despite being run raggad with all the changes. Nice team work.
Staff could be quite nicer than they are, if I could rate 0 stars I would️ Nobody knows where anything is either ever since the remodel, just saying️️
The Klamath Falls Walmart store is an absolute disaster. It is supposedly being remodeled, but had been in complete disarray for months. There is stuff stacked haphazardly everywhere, and even the employees don't know where stuff is. Avoid this store if possible. I wish I could give it less than one star.
Dont like the new lay out it is a joke they say it helps with covid it dont help nothing when you move thing around and now all the people who go in and get what they need are stuck trying to find everything.
Typical Walmart supercenter. They have everything. Even a small selection of natural and gluten free food.
I don’t trust the food or other products they sell. Spend your money at sherms, it goes farther and it’s local produce.
I was sick, asked Dr to call ahead with RX so I wouldn't have to wait. I saw the "priority"instructions myself, and still had to stand in line 15 minutes for my turn, then sit (thankfully) another 25 for them to fill it. They were busy, but not that busy. Totally miserable experience.
Went there yesterday to get a fishing license they put us through the wringer we didn't even get a fishing license cuz a woman didn't know how to do one job and was as rude as she could possibly be I hated to visit cuz Walmart's always been one of the places I go to and I'm not sure I'm ever going back
Fair warning, half the time it's not fully stocked. And now they've implemented that if you need anything in beauty, you have to check out there as well.
I would giving more stars if they had better check out time. Waited for over a half hour to get checked out, due to them not having enough checkers, on a Friday.
When I run in to grab dogfood and remember a few groceries I need, I'm always surprised at how much cheaper they are!
Pretty bad customer service. Saw two employees the other day arguing with an Old Lady and the only thing she did was put money in a self check that was on "Cards Only". They literally argued with her why they had it like that. More than half the self checks were on Cards Only mode. I was just paying and overheard their conversation. I was not pleased and would have stepped in but was in a rush.
They have amazing pricing on all products. They don't have all the products their online shopping does, but still a good store
After talking about the Walmart there in northeast Portland it's a tiny tiny tiny tiny little Walmart shown in Walmart that they got in the northeast Portland and people act like you want to still there one pair tennis shoes they got on show there
The worse Walmart I have ever been too. Declined my brother for not having proper ID and Oregon state issued temporary state licences and he had his military ID a federal issued document to back it up. Not cool Walmart. Especially when he is of age and has been for quit sometime now.
After working here as well as shopping here, I cant recommend it. Decent place to get cheap products if you're short on cash, but the management is terrible and most of the workers mistreated.
**MONEY CENTER/FRONT END REVIEW**
So it's holiday shopping season. Friday evening. Obviously lines are going to be long and slow moving. But if you would just keep a dedicated cashier to run the express lane at the money center during peak hours at the minimum (you *know* there will be a surplus of online purchases in the next month), instead of having 30 grumpy customers waiting in line having to watch express customers cut them when only one register is open. You might have a better customer morale. Realize the majority of these people in this line on a Friday evening are cashing paychecks to go grocery shopping to feed themselves and their families. Nobody wants to wait an hour, be upset, and then have to spend more time navigating the store in an already unsavory mood.
I stood in line for over an hour and just as it was my turn, I was cut off by some rude express customer. The cashier actually made the call. I was not the only angry customer to speak with management.it's not the poor cashier's fault she's the only one there. Hey managers. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE HOLIDAY CASH FLOW! Crosstrain your staff. If you can't staff a second cashier at the money center, take the orange express signage down and let everyone wait in line equally.if corporate has an issue with that, perhaps they should review their management team at this location.
