Walmart Supercenter, Woodburn OR

Not a big fan of corporate Walmart anymore. Prices are still decent but I just hate how they have monopolized the market.

I have come to hate Walmart. Their mask polocy is restrictive. Tueir employees are annoying and somewhat abusive. They treat every customer as though they are a vector of death, coming in to steal everything in sight. They have forgotten the vast majority of us are law-abiding citizens who are capable of following guidelines.

It wasn't crowded and the check out line was fast. Don't go for the strawberries - boxes and boxes of rotting fruit.
Stock was sort of low.

This Walmart does a good job. I have personally not had any issues with employees or availability. They stock well and usually have what you are looking for.
I want to address the jewelry department issues, DUE to state regulations they are staffed appropriately for cashiers and customer service reps. BUT you will need to ask for assistance if you want to get something from jewelry or sporting goods as they have allocated those employees to stock shelves, assist customers and cashier. They have attempted to make your experience faster and more effortless but this has unfortunately meant that they are short staffed and are unable to have an employee at the jewelry and sporting goods section full time. These employees are happy to help you, it may seem intimidating but if you need assistance, just ask.

Waited over an hour to get help out of the store with a treadmill. Two really nice ladies came to help. If there going to sell something like that they should have a way to move it.

It's Walmart. The customer service is normal for the most part. Not a fan of the drive up RX service though. I don't think the employees should assume that we all know what to do out there. Service continually went downhill and I got tired of worrying if it was because I did something wrong so I switched pharmacies.

I’ve only had one bad experience in this store and thankfully the last employee that I asked for help was wonderful and turned the whole experience around for me. I wish I knew his name so I can give him a shout out here. I know that the holiday season was very busy, so I understand partially why I was refused help by multiple other employees. However this one went above and beyond to try to help me find my hungry hungry hippo‘s unicorn edition! Unfortunately we could not find it or the SKU for it, but he definitely put an effort in and was very nice about it the whole time. Thank you to that super awesome employee for helping me out when no one else would!

What can I say? It's Walmart. No strange people wandering around there like in the old days. Found what I needed and left.

Pointlessly closed one of the gigantic doors. How does this help? Huge overreaction. I'm just trying to leave. Taking my business to Safeway.

Good way about have an entrance and exits right next to each other. No walking way across the parking lot.

This was listed as one of the Walmarts that allows overnight parking so I went shopping and then parked my van where other RVs were parked. My plan was to stay the night before picking up my partner from the Portland airport in the morning (coming from Bend). Anyway, at 8: 56PM, I heard POUNDING on the side of my van. Not the door, just someone slamming the side, which is very scary when you're inside. As a woman traveling alone I was petrified. I knew it wasn't a cop knocking because it just sounded like someone hitting the van. I thought I might be in danger and need to call 911. I got up to the front and rolled my window down a tad to see two dorky-looking Walmart employees. What are you doing? ! I asked, heart pounding. "You can't be here after close" the one kid said sheepishly upon seeing a scared woman. These guys almost gave me a heart attack. Awful.

There was some sort of mess that was tracked throughout the entire store, definitely not a fan of shopping here.

The employees are desperately slow at everything. They have no cares whatsoever. Just don't come to Wal-Mart
