I went for an automobile battery. I found the price online. But online said they were out of stock. I called the 800 number for Walmart. They told me I couldn't have the advertised price because they were out of stock. I called 2 supercenters and found they were in stock at both at the price advertised online. I called the super center with the automotive bays so they could install it. I drove an extra 10 miles for the installation service. When I got there they refused to install the battery because it wasn't listed for my truck on their sofrware. They said the battery for my truck costs more than twice as much. I showed them my car manual, and the existing battery which matched their cheaper battery. They sold me the cheaper battery and made me install it myself. I'm 67 years old. From start to finish, I had to battle my way through a Walmart scam.

Horrible customer service. Plus I was charged twice for an item and couldn't get a refund because something with the customer department wasn't working. Went back five days later and STILL couldn't get the refund. They said the issue with customer service department was not fix yet? How is that possible? Still waiting for my refund. I hope I don't lose my receipt before hand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not try and get your curbside groceries from there. 27 hours later, several chats and calls where I was lied to repeatedly because none of their stories add up. I wait neraly 30 minutes and have 3 people tell me that they are getting the order only for them to come out and tell me it got cancelled and they don't know why. I have emails from the site and texts saying it was ready. The time before I ordered it was over 4 hours late. I'm done with these people. They cannot get it together and all they do is lie.

This Walmart is hands down the best Walmart in the Portland metropolitan area, but you still have to deal with the guessing game for what you are shopping for.

WELL BECAUSE OF WALMART IN WOOD VILLAGE MY THANKSGIVING WILL BE DARK TYVM FOR THAT WALMART. I AM SURE THERE GONNA BLAME IT ON THE PANDEMIC BUT THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WAY BEFORE THE PANDEMIC STARTED. (KELLY STORE MGR) SHE EITHER NOT WORKING OR IN A MEETING OR ON THE PHONE AND NEVER RETURNS A CUSTOMERS PHONE CALL. ITS BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE SHE HAS TAKEN OVER THE STORE HER OTHER MGMT TEAM IS RUDE TO US CUSTOMERS ESSPECIALLY IF THERE DISABLED. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSSINESS WALMART AT ITS FINEST I GUESS THEY GET THERE JOY RUINING CUSTOMERS HOLIDAYS

It was good shopping here. The line was very long to check out. At one point I actually quuckly zipped over to the U-Scan next to me, but there were no bags, so zipped back. Also was looking for special kind of cook-in-the-bag turkey WalMart said they had, but they did not.

No one in electronics that actually knew anything about electronics. We had to wait for an employee and then they didn't have what was advertised online. The checkout line was interminably long considering there were only 2 people in front of me! Just validated my undesirablility to ever go there. I have since purchased the product I was looking for at Amazon.com.
