Walmart Supercenter, Ontario OR

This Walmart is absolutely terrible. The culture of the work force there is rude, not customer friendly, and they are very impatient when you bring up concerns. Co-workers shout at each other and demean customers. They have no real competition in town and serve the Idaho border for tax free shopping and you can tell that management knows that they don't have to try. Thank you for reinforcing the "ghetto" image of Ontario with your lack of professionalism. We only go there when absolutely necessary (because as I said there is not much competition in town) and every time we have a terrible experience. They need new management that will shift culture.period.

Terrible place to shop. I needed help in the sporting department and I had to track down a employee to ask for someone to help me. They called over the intercom and still no one ever came. I am done shopping there.

Scrappy. Im changing from this pharmacy to somewhere else. The lady was rude when she brought out my meds to the curbside pickup. I have issues walking right now due to an injury in my leg and she comes out and says "there has been some confusion, the curbside is only for the disabled, elderly, or covid patients, ". First off she doesnt know my issues and it doesnt state anywhere thats all its for. So thanks to her for judging me, Im now switching pharmacies.

This is not the first time my food isn't bagged even though I did check the box at checkout. Most of my food including produce was thrown into the bed of my truck. The oranges smell so bad my entire garage still stinks even though we took them out. Is it that hard to see the mold?

Fast convenient and found exactly what i needed right where i would assumed it to be in my local neighborhood, glad things are in usually about the same places in most all walmarts.

Lots of jumbled up departments, especially kids clothing. Lots of empty shelf sections, hard to find anything, very cluttered.

Their pickup site is terrible. They need to go back to the old way of doing it. Have had nothing but trouble.

I mainly go here for the pharmacy but when I go for other things I can grocery shop and can also get other thing rather than going to multiple places. But they took out the subway which was disappointing

Great place, it offers video games, clothing, food and other things and overall was a pleasant experience although a little slow but what work place isn't on a busy day

Check out lines that were open were backed up bad. The only ones that were open were on the grocery side. And of course the self check out was open. A common occurrence recently. A precursor to convincing us to get chipped? I predict that in the next 5 years the "free press" will start conditioning the population for that.

What happened to this place it used to be that you could go and find pretty much anything now it's a hit and miss if the stock is in or not.with the new virus it has now become easier and safer to shop online.

Not always a pleasant place to go to. For the most part workers are nice. Store somewhat organized. And items are not always well stocked. Prices don't even match where the item is placed so most of the time I have to use the Walmart app to get a price.

Over crowded and definitely understaffed. Every shelf I looked at was unorganized and under stocked. Definitely the worst store I've visited.

So team leader Michael, apparently or at least reporting to me as the store manager on Sunday September 19, did not have a remedy for the theft of one dollar and twenty five cents from me by one of its vendors (pepsi cola / pepsi machine. There were a few simple ways to resolve this small matter of principle and make whole a customer but young college educated maybe 24 years old Michael told me it was not his problem.i had to call the number on the pepsi machine (that wasnt there). Look i'm from Texas, traveling through, dont have the time for that. I've already wasted more time than its worth typing this much. Walmart now has abad name and Pepsi too. Michael needs to learn and understand the consumer protey laws in Oregon. He did not know they existed. So tomorrow I will call the Oregon DOJ and waste their time with a complaint. Michael, please take some basic business and contract law courses. Have a nice day.

The first of it's kind to come to remote eastern Oregon and southern Idaho. I remember people flocking there years ago just for the experience. Nice memories and still love it today.

Long lines. Lots of cash register, but 80% are not open. They need more staff. Can't wait for ware mart to open hopefully it will be better.

Use to be good shopping spot not anymore staff and stickers are not helpful they see you coming they will walk away or send you the wrong way rather then help.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Grocery pickup here SUCKS! Smart A_, contascending help that both me and my husband witnessed tossing around stuff. Even dumped one of the bins of our groceries in the parking lot when they pulled it out over the curb. Weren't going to say anything until we did. Acted like we were putting them out even bringing it up. Have never received everything I have ordered. Really? Walmart is out of things like butter and name brand dog food? Yet I can seem to find everything when I am able to go in the store. Things like this aren't just one time. My husband thought I was being unreasonable so he went with me this time. Used this as a service but if I have to go back and get the multiple BASIC items I originally ordered. What's the point? Done with this. I will NEVER use this store as a primary source for ANYTHING again. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business! As a side note I will never put down young people for getting out there and doing a job but if you don't teach them or supervise them to demonstrate good customer service how do you expect them to give it to customers? It's not a hard concept to grasp that people (Especially in these times) are using their hard-earned dollars to shop here.

I quit online ordering because they changed the app and the new app SUCKS. Gotta shop in store to find what you want anyways; items that say sold out or unavailable on the online order are actually usually in stock in the store.
I've resorted to shopping slather else where. It's impossible to social distance from people in Walmart. Never see anyone sanitizing carts anymore.

Is it me or does Ontario walmart getting more and more unsanitary through the years. Seems dirty all the time both appearances through smell and feel
