Walmart Supercenter reviews
28Hands down one of the worst Walmart’s out there. Selection sucks and they are slow. It took 53 minutes from the first time I asked for assistance getting something from a locked case. I asked 4 employees and called 5 times. The first call was answered after a few minutes but the rest of them went unanswered for the 5 minutes it rang and I hung up. I spent 176.53. Did they discount anything even a little bit. Nope. I got a shrug when I asked what’s took so long and was given a very detached apology.
Personally, I've always had good walmart experiences! Good prices, good products, good employees.don't care for the integration at the door leaving tho, hence the 4 stars.
I shop based on prices not usually a list person. I can cook whatever I find on clearance/sale/bogo.gotta love a store big enough to put it all together with not much need for full price.
I normally have a good experiance in walmart but today the lady working the customer service denied to cash my check when there was no one in line and then lied to my face by saying she didbt have enough in her till to cash my check for 150$ do not go to customer service unless you want to be disrespected
Do not! I repeat, do not do business with this Wal-Mart Vision Center! Unless of course you want the worst vision business experience of your life! Didn't have double vision before and now I do. They're are not wanting to take responsibility for their mistakes at all! Its been a bad experience from day one! Protect yourself from this place!
I had to pick up my food stuff as well as a new phone card. Overall, I had a couple of WalMart employees assist me and one particular older man had helped me more than the other two. I would come back to the Walmart in Eugene Oregon.
I have a love/hate relationship with Walmart. I love the low prices and usually hate the customer service. The people who work in Walmart are usually very nice, but trying to find one to ask questions or get help is extremely frustrating. I use a wheelchair and have a very hard time standing, so getting anything from the top shelf is hard. I usually end up asking another shopper to help. If you are able bodied or do not mind asking other shoppers for help I highly recommend stopping in.
This Walmart is nothing out of the ordinary or special. They still have horrible service like all the other locations I've frequented. The associates are listening to music on their devices while working and many areas are sparse often. The best part of shopping this location is their available cashier's and the ease of getting through the lines
Finding things is a bit difficult. Walmart should be a discount store, but I find the prices to be a bit elevated.
Nice e.ployees.
We stopped at 3 other WM stayed the night.
But this WM the employees very nice. And the manager allows RVs to stay 1 night. Which it should be that way. Not abuse the curtis's of our walmarts
I highly recomend this walmart if you want good service and help.
Walmart is an important place. If you want to see what's really going on in the world, take a walk around walmart. Don't be snooty!
Very decent walmart, you see one you see them all. Not busy in the early morning hours of a Sunday.
I am not really a big fan of Wal-Mart. After Sam Walton died it changed... And not for the better. That being said, when I do go in I usually can find what I need. (even if it is made in China)
Long lines, bad service, and higher than expected prices. If you are there after the close down selfcheckout at night, the lines hurt. No matter how many people are waiting and no matter how large the orders are, they will not open another checking lane. I'd say you get what you pay for, but the prices keep going up but there service doesn't get any better.
It was good but as big as Walmart is you need to have more electric carts. I am on a walker & always have to wait for one when I shop there. The small grocery store I go to always has one. You don't have enough for as big a store as you are. You didn't have the heater I needed today. I was told it was a seasonal item. I went to Bimart & they them.
First of all, why in the world are we being video taped at the self check stand!? U don't need to see what i purchase or profile me in anyway! The service there is slow as molasses. They keep One cashier only while 20 other workers look and act like they don't know what to do. Matter fact I'm done with it for life. F. T. W.
I like the Coos Bay Walmart I wish they'd bring back to scan & Go
That's when you walk down the aisle and scan your own items

Asked 3 different people about mark downs in boys clothing department. No one knew prices or would check them. No help at all
The customer service was the worst I've seen in electronics apparently it takes several people to sell a cell phone I was ignored I know they saw me there were 5 people working and sad to day when I worked at a Walmart in Vancouver 2 people could of handled the situation
Not to over use the phrase but they have great value, the amount of help one comes to expect is somewhat lacking.
