Walmart Supercenter, Eugene OR

Must be a high crime store. Associate acted as if we where thrives and the razors made of solid gold. It's so bad there Eugene police permanently parked at the entrance. Want be returning to Walmart.

I don't like the fact that the super stores are putting all the small guys out of business. But I have to admit, you can get almost anything for a reasonable price at Walmart. I also don't like when they interview you and talk over your head for a minimum wage job. Which shouldn't be that complicated. I mean come on, a janitorial/santization position requires you to know words I've never heard of in my life? My mom also broke her ankle at this walmart and an employee told her she better not be trying to get any money. The area wasn't clearly marked and was obviously a hazard.

Went in scan and go and was crowded so the gentleman at the register took me but he put food in with my chemicals that is why I go to scan and go so I can bag my own stuff and he was slow and not paying attention and it took him longer than it would if I did it myself

Went to the Jackson Hewitt Where Andrew landings helped me with my taxes.quick friendly service will be using him next year

I’m getting real sick of things being locked in glass cases. Sometimes I understand but to lock up the T-shirt’s and socks. Come on now I would rather go to target.

I like this Walmart they have great customer service and I always on time and they're very punctual and they have a great smiles and everything that I want is always in stock

More people on the registers the quicker you get people out it's that simple don't get how you guy's have figured that out

I feel like they stereo type, and don't give as good customer service as they should. Or maybe they just have a challenged employee criteria that enables poor unexperienced service

What was marked as the Mainstay Heavy Duty Canvas Laundry Duffel Bag $3.34; however, so I was thinking that I found a affordable.then I was checking my recipe item $7.34.

The store is a little dilapidated especially compared to the target across the street. Similar prices as well but better selection of groceries.

I like Wal-Mart. But I only give 2 stars because this particular walmart doesn't open till 6am. Even a Springfield walmart employee couldn't believe that west 11th isnt a 24 hour store. Very inconvenient!

Walmart grocery app visit.over all made walmart trip the best I have ever had and the quickest.get the app/ load up what u need/ pick a day and time / wait for the mail click u are coming (I allowed them to track the phone. I parked they were opening the door with in 45 secs wheeling it out) a 5 min trip to walmart is possible again

Great place to shop! I even found a fairly close parking space and the store wasn't absolutely jammed with cranky Christmas shoppers. Of course, we were there on a rainy, blustery, Monday evening about 7: 00 so that's probably why.

Went to pick up a few things to keep me fed for the week and only took me 10 minutes to find all the items I had listed because of there signs being helpful leading me along the way the self checkout attenden was very helpful checking to see if I needed any help.

We bought 3 veggie trays and drove to Florence for a Anniversary party the next day. When we opened them up the broccoli was rotten. We had to throw it away. The smell was horrible!
We called the store. To get a refund we would have to return the broccoli. Who keeps rotten stinky broccoli? Not me and to drive it back to Eugene?

People that work there are always grumpy.eww.and they just dont have any interest or the intention to help customers.

Customer service sucks I asked to get some help finding things, and all I got from the Associates was idk where it's all or I guess they are gone. Could not even point me in the direction they might have been.

Wal-Mart Superstores are AWESOME. They had just about everything I needed for groceries, camping and media production equipment.

Was walking in literally cut off by one of there management. I said excuse me she just acted like nothing happened continued on her not so customer friendly way. All employees yes it is the holidays breath don't allow the fast past rude people make or break you.

Returned an item and had the best "return" experience ever. Our cashier was "Linda" at West 11th center and she was friendly and efficient. Thank you, Linda.
