Walmart Supercenter reviews
22It's walmart. Nothing fancy. It's a 50/50 shot for how nice someone will be and if nothing crazy will happen in that store. I think that goes for all walmart locations though
Lost the stupid receipt. But the end of last month Heidi in shoes made my birthday! I was in desperate need of one kind of shoe and she dug through and found it. People like her that goes the extra mile truely makes me going back. Thanks love!
Waited more than 10 minutes to pick up products ordered on line.
The Olympic st. Walmart has a kiosk that automatically dispenses your items and you dont have to wait.
Watched more than one associate walk by as we waited.very disappointed.glad my main Walmart is Olympic.
This place has frustrated me for the last time. I'm pretty sure they have a staff of 10 working the entire store. I'm asking other customers for help or if they have seen an "associate. " When I did find an employee they sent me on a wild goose chase. Next thing I know 30ish minutes has gone by and I still don't haven't found what I was looking for.
Ever since they revamped the place, it has been amazing. The aisles seem to have gotten smaller, but the sinks are fixed, self-check is great, and the pick-up center is extremely helpful.
Worst place place to shop after 10pm. There is only one cashier open in the entire store. Employees just standing around looking at you stand in a long line
This place always have empty shelves, like post apocalyptic, who ever runs this store needs to learn how to keep things stocked. And the staff are never helpful and downright rude. I think they must be over worked and under staffed
Where are the employees on the floor? I have to go to checkout and wait in a long line to ask a cashier where an item is. Best part she sent me to the wrong place. I just left empty handed.
Very hard to locate employees actually knoledgeable, or willing to help you with anything, stock people are rude and dismissing of customers trying to shop.the on line app has loads of issues.ect.but overall not bad for a chain superstore.
Horrible experience shopping there this evening! ! Could not find things not enough registers open! Entire self checkout on one end of the store at 7pm closed when I got to a self checkout it was filthy. Very disappointed in this Super Walmart! ! Not seeing what is so super about any part of your store!
Employees are not knowledgeable about where anything in the store is. Things like hand baskets. And some of them have been very rude. It’s an ongoing thing, this has been the Walmart closest to me for 6 years and when I have to go in I just expect it.
It's just like every other Walmart but with groceries to their produce is always horrible I would recommend wlnco if you want discount groceries, and if you want fresh produce I would recommend the farmers market Sundance or market of choice
There should be a limit on the dollar lunchables.ive went in the store couple times a month for the last 5 months and not a single turkey lunchable on the shelf.
I've never been to a Walmart that was so bare. I'm not sure if they're remodeling but a lot of picked over shelves, as like a hurricane coming to town. Two stars for now, after remodel back to for maybe.
I am disabled, greeter directed me exactly to my item, I really appreciated he knew where to send me, huge stores can be overwhelming when you are unable to cover ground quickly to find what you specifically need-
I have always found the most helpful associates when I need direction to whatever item I'm looking for. The store has a pretty diverse workforce of all ages and capabilities which I enjoy interactions with.
Pretty good customer survice, the employee try there hardest even though it sucks to work there. I would know, other wise than that its a pretty good place to shop.
This is the location closest to where I live, but my last FIVE trips they do not have what I need in stock despite what the website says. I think it will be more worth it for me to drive the 20 minutes to the Eugene supercenter.
The Springfield, Oregon location has wonderful associates. All of them are happy, cheerful, courteous and helpful. This is one of the best Walmart stores I have ever been to.
Looks like they are going through a remodel of the store, yet everything was still available and still got out in a reasonable time, with what I needed.
