Walmart Supercenter, Salem OR

It's very similar to other locations. This one I think has an arcade center for kids that looked neat once pandemic is over.

Chronically understaffed store that should make corporate wonder who is running the place - the inmates that run the registers, or no one at all. The worst of the 4 stores in Salem.

Place is always crazy, bad service, customers do I say are some of the rudest people and ignorant people I have ever met

I was the 3rd person in line when I arrived and waited more than 20 minutes at the money center.they need to hire more people or something its awful! This Wal-Mart is my least favorite place to be in Salem.

Today was very disappointing at Walmart on Lancaster Dr. My husband and went to get bread and the one we wanted was on the top shelf. He had to step on the bottom shelf to reach it. At the checkout, I mentioned to the cashier that the bread was to high up. She stopped a manager to let her know the problem. She not only gave me a dirty look but then quite loudly stated, " if we can spare the time, it will be taken care of". RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I am not happy with the customer service there.

This Wal-Mart is by far the worst salem option. The associated are the least helpful. You have to go through multiple if you need something found. Clearance items are significantly more expensive than the other walmarts for identical items. Also, this Walmart has a lot of homeless people, and people who just hang out for fun playing music and smoking in the parking lot. I really only come to this Wal-Mart if I really need something.

Walmart's prices are definitely better than many other retailers. Their grocery prices, for the things I buy, are lower than competitors. Including Winco. And, compared to Winco, you don't bag your own groceries are Walmart. Unless, of course, you go to self check out. The store is clean, there are friendly, unobtrusive associates and people shopping there are generally friendly, too!

I have been shopping at this Walmart since it opened.
I suppose outside of the great prices, I find items I can't find in other local stores.
I like recognizing the people who work there. I enjoy our conversations!

This Walmart always seems like there is a lot of employees on the floor but not very friendly nor very helpful at times but overall I like all the changes and upgrades Walmart is doing keep up the good work Walmart

I love this location people and the associates are really nice I've known them for years and they know what I shop for and I had couple health situations and they were very caring and helped me finish my shopping I thank you Walmart 1784

This Walmart I only go to when I need something in a pinch. I go to the item I need and leave. More times than not I get stopped as I leave to show the person my receipt. I've asked why before with the standard answer to ensure its all correct. I've never shoplifted before so I started to refuse to even stop. I know there's enough cameras in there they can see I don't steal and I actually do stand in line and pay.

Walmart has everything and sells tgings cheaper tan other places i shop.

Canvas is often cheaper here than it is at mickels craft store

Walmart keeps changing brands and eliminating items that were favorites. In fact they have made so many changes in all department's I can't really find a reason to go there anymore.

They have 20 plus registers and 3.3 damn people working! Been in this line 10 minutes and still have not moved. I'm convinced they hire retarded people to work here!

Wal-Mart is typically supposed to be easy, but the lack of stock is annoying, and the lack of training the associates get is substandard - being sent to other areas of the store by clueless people to ask other clueless people for help shows neither are equipped to be serving customers, especially when they send you back and forth just to find any one of them could have literally waved a wand to find out if a tv is on stock. Oh, but three wands are broken. Inefficient waste of time.

Has everything you need & then some. Clean & well organized & you just can't beat the prices.generous free parking lot.oh yeah, the employees have been very courteous & helpful everytime I've been there. And if you're hungry, there's a McDonald's just inside the door as you walk in. Like i said, they have it all.

Walmart is forcing customers to checkout at the U_check registers. Sunday morning at 10: 30, there were huge lines in the TWO registers they had open.

I mean it's Walmart what do you expect going here, they must have the lowest expectations because the other day a worker was blaring music on his phone using a box cutter throwing boxes not caring what he was doing with people around him.and I was verbally attacked by an obese worker in the bakery because I was like there's no donuts and she freaked out and told me it's cuz she forgot to take her meds today so LMAO what do you expect right.

Great customer service when I was looking for an item. Two of the people that work in the back or on the floor and were able to help me. They help me find what I needed online because they didn't have it in store

Had to pick up something my wife ordered from the will call area but it took longer to find it than it took to get a parking spot. They are moving it to the front of the store but for now it is clear in the back and the signs showing where it is are very confusing. Finally found someone who could tell me.
