Warehouse - Standard TV & Appliance, Portland OR

Told me it would be a 20 min wait. Ended up waiting 45 min only to get the wrong product. Waste of time. Just get your products elsewhere. The warehouse is in a really sketchy part of town. I will never shop here again.

I am a trucker, I was there to make a delivery, they lost my load documents and they only gave me some horrible copies, now I am fighting with the broker to pay me for the delivery because the broker does not want to accept that copy

Pd cash for a refrigerator Novemeber 8th, Nathan our salesperson said we should have it by Thanks Giving. That day came and went. Called December 1st left him a message didn't call me back Two days later my husband called and and Nathan responded with email stating he does not know where or when our fridge will be here. Called today and spoke with Nathan a ND a few others. Nathan was very condescending to me over the phone. Will never do business with this company again.

No bathroom for customers. At first the clu ter person told me I had already gotten my order and then kept telling me they couldn't help me. A nice lady supervisor stepped in and found my order. Pretty frustrating.

Finally got an appliance that we have waited 8 months for due to the chip shortage or Covid based shipping issues. Anyway they were helpful and good natured, and I saved over a thousand dollars on an induction double oven range! Score!

Staff was nice and had our order ready to load with a very short wait. Forklift driver loaded us up quickly outside. Seemed to to be well trained in the operation of the forklift and was friendly

Awesome experience with this company. Had a new oven delivered, and when they pulled the thing away from the wall, I noticed that my fridge was waaay too high on the front end. Asked the guys if they could help me out with it, and Schade & Ethan stuck around and took care of it for me. Fantastic service, these dudes need a raise and a vacation.

The service was great. However the product that was expected was not there yet. Would have been nice if someone would have called to let us know that before driving there.

I like that they have a nicely stocked warehouse. Prices are a bit high, but they will negotiate.

Great service, even in 2020! Multnomah County recycling fee is ridiculous, but got my clients exactly what they needed.

This place is a dump. I waited 2 months for an item they told me would arrive in 2 weeks. Then I called ahead to tell them I was coming to pick it up, only to wait 40 minutes for them to bring it out. Will never buy from them again.
