Update 1/2023: Attendant damaged my truck while removing the antenna. Sent email asking how to make a claim, waited 2 buisness days and still no reply. I guess nothing has changed in the customer service department. Maybe they'll respond to my review?

Update 1/2021: Within hours of writing this review I recieved an email that addressed my question and offered a generous apology. It was much appreciated.
I would recommend the wash n go, they corrected the only issue I had. Thank you.

I have two vehicles that subscribe to the monthly wash club. The people that work here are always freindly, the wash is good, and the property is clean. However I left a voicemail and sent an email several days ago with a billing question and have not received any response. The management needs to be more responsive to customer service needs.

The phone number to contact the manager is wrong. All the calls I get I’m gonna start answering as prank calls since it takes up most of my day now. I’ve called and let the actual manger know but nothing has been fixed

It got the job done during Thanksgiving, while I couldn't find any other carwash open. I was very happy to be able to get my car washed for my visits after getting quite dirty from a long trip through the mountains on lots of wet roads with sluch.

The car wash broke my truck mirror. Cracked it down the middle. They had me file a report and never got back to me. I have waited 2 months and haven't recieved any response.

Great service. But it seems that my vehicles are less and less clean after i go through. Not sure whats changed but something has.

Most of the time I am very pleased. Just now, 10: 30am, an attendant was talking for a while in front of me. I could see the number already on the windshield, and the cover on the rear wiper when i pulled behind the suv in front of me, so I knew the woman had been helped. The attendant continued talking with the woman and.picking at her fingernails. So, after a few minutes I rolled down my window and said, "let's go ". The woman then moved on. I was greeted with, you don't have to be rude. I said some people are busy and the attendant then said that she had to help others, just like me. I should have said that I hope she helps others better than she did with me. So in the whole 10 seconds with her, she called me rude and not a single smile or apology.

Great place to wash your car. Pat as you go or monthly rate. Keeps my car like new.
Vacuums work great. Glass cleaner and towels included.

I love the unlimited monthly plans! You can wash your car as many times a month as you please. Also the the free vacuums are a life saver! And the customer service is great as well! (:

Wow. Was really surprised to see how clean my car got after the wash. I picked the highest tier and even after about one week or two, the paint and surface was still clean. Looks like what ever they use repels dust pretty well for awhile until it wears off. One star less because the vacuums barely sucked anything and there were no more clean towels to use.

I’ve had an unlimited wash package since they began offering them at the Central Point location. Today, Tuesday, at 4: 00 pm I drove to the CP location. There was a sign blocking the entrance that said closed and listed their business hours. Obviously on a Tuesday at 4: 00 pm they were supposed to be open. I called and got a phone tree. They have literally never answered the phone nor returned my calls when I’ve called in the past. I pressed 3 for the Manager. Of course I got his voicemail. His outgoing message says he works today until 6: 00 pm. Well it’s now 6: 05 pm and nobody has returned my call. I called the Medford and White City locations to see if they knew why the CP location was closed during their posted business hours. Same thing, no answer, got a phone tree, got Manager’s vm’s. They recently increased their prices. My package used to be $19.99/month and now it’s $23.99/month. I’m pretty irritated that I’m paying for unlimited washes however couldn’t get my car washed. Not to mention the gas I wasted driving there. Not cool at today’s gas prices. Like others have said in their reviews on Wash N Go’s website, the front end of my vehicle always still has bugs on it after going through. The back end of my Explorer never comes out clean. Sometimes they put a plastic sleeve on my rear window wiper, sometimes not? Why? I’ve been considering switching to Crater Car Wash since Wash N Go increased their prices. The same package at Crater is $20/month. Now may be a good time to make the change.

Quick and convenient but our front license plates (4 cars) always get bent up at the corners. Doesn’t happen at Quench & Drench in Medford.

This place used to be great. That's definitely not the case anymore. Pay for the top of the line wash and they still give you the basic wash. Customer service is terrible now too. Spend your money anywhere else!

Machines aren't the best, misses areas on my Subaru Outback. Nothing in water to stop the calicum stains. The one in CP is better. Staff nice.

Clean, decent vacuums and cleaner and towels. Customers need to use drier nearest their vehicle especially when it's full. Be mindful folks

It was just a car wash but I did get the car wash for free for downloading the app and I was happy as could be and they're very nice people and I appreciate being able to use the vacuum for free cuz I paid for air the other day in my tire and that really made me mad not with them with another company

Vaccums, window spray and drying cloths, a great membership price for quality service if you like to have your vehicle kept consistently clean.
