Washington Plaza Apartments reviews
5Extremely convenient location, management goes above and beyond, Heidi is a very understanding and kind hearted person who works great with the needs of her tenants
Huge store. Does not look that from the outside. There will be a item or 2 from this beautiful place.
Amazing Structure/Decor. My son moved to go to college and moved into this cute little studio in the heart of it all. The studio is equipped with full fridge, oven with 4 burner stovetop, long in length closet and two HUGE windows overlooking the street. All is at his finger tips from the gym, pizza, cocktails, coffee and the best whole food market. Parking is not bad since there are many covered safe parking garages. The fee is not much once parked, like for a weekend or longer, less than $20. Everything from trolly cars to Ubers to just good old fun walking is simple and easy to navigate. Just like any city there is the unknown around any corner, but I felt safe. It reminds me of a very small San Francisco! Love all the culture and all the different people from all walks of life makes it super fun. These Apartments thou have security entrance and great marble old modern look and feel. Great place and look forward to many more visits! Thank you Portland for keeping your heads high and pushing for better!
A great place to stay at the city center. The only thing a bit disappointing is that we were not notified that check in procedure is at the nearby Mark & Spencer hotel; otherwise we would have given 5 star on the review.
Spent +/-15 min figuring out where to park/check in. While the unit is not new at all, it is fair to say it is well maintained with good very clean amenities.
Room is in a rehabbed apartment building. Mark Spencer hotel oversees some of the operations like check in. Not sure who does the cleaning. The hallways and common space areas are very clean and recently rehabbed.
The room itself was pretty shabby. There were signs of the previous occupant (hair in the bathroom, shampoo globs on the floor of the shower). The walls were dirty with something kind of dripping stain. Lampshades HEAVILY stained. The bed itself was very clean and had nice sheets.
Furniture was dated. Air conditioner was a floor unit with an exhaust tube running out the window. Mini fridge, small range and stove were present in kitchen. There were some plates, pans, utensils for cooking.
Building is located close to public transit. That is probably the best thing about it. Overall would not recommend due to the cleanliness and how dated the furniture was.
