7I had a great experience at Watershed, with Ryan M, LAC, and in general. The place, the people- top notch. I booked a return appointment and intend on making watershed a new part of my wellness routine. Thanks to Ryan and to the person at the receiving desk, who was so kind, welcoming and helpful.
Tia McBride is wonderful. I saw her for the first time today for a massage. I have had pain in my neck always, for a very long time. When I left, I honestly could not feel my neck. I wasn’t feeling the pain and uncomfortableness I usually felt. This is amazing to me. I will be a forever client of Tia’s. Thank you so much Tia!
I have never had a professional listen to me and HEAR me. Melinda Nickols has helped me so much as a naturopath and acupuncturist. She has changed my life in many ways and I highly recommend her.
The massage and acupuncture were good, and I did have positive results. Professional, efficient, and they took my insurance, which is nice. Would definitely go back.

He LISTENS and CARES. His treatments work. Amanda K.is a joy! She's very knowledgeable esthetician and a ton of fun. She customizes facials to meet my skin's needs. Love that!
I have received (and continue to receive) the most amazing care at Watershed Wellness. I see Eric regularly for acupuncture and Chinese herbal formulas. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Eric truly cares about people and has gone above and beyond for me many times. I have also received many massages while at Watershed. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Earlier this year my health insurance changed. Staff at Watershed helped me to understand my new policy so there would be no surprises which I greatly appreciate. 10/10 recommendation from me!
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
They accepted a referral from my insurance after me waiting for TWO YEARS! And they wait until I show up for my appointment to say “you know you have to pay for the appointment because we don’t accept the insurance “. I have been going to see Eric for quite some time and you have not had any issues billing the insurance company for those visits, now I have to go through the whole process AGAIN! I won’t live long enough to see the process through again
NEVER TO RETURN TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!
