We highly recommend Watt’s Heating and Cooling. Our furnace died during the ice/snow storm. They were able to get someone out to check on our situation the same day. We ended up having to replace it and everyone on the team, from the scheduler, the technicians, the salesperson and the installers were all professional, knowledgeable and kind. We are very happy we found them!

I had Watts install a new high efficiency gas furnace, central A/C, and tankless water heater. The Tyler crew were very professional, and the installation looks great. The wires, ducting and hoses are all well routed and placed inconspicuously.

I had gotten several quotes from competitors, and found that Watts was priced very well, and offered top of the line equipment. I cannot believe how quiet this new system is compared to the one it replaced.

First let me say that both the person taking my call and the repairman were very courteous, polite and professional. I had them out to repair my gas water heater that had a pilot light that would not stay lit. I know this to be the cause of a bad thermocouple and mentioned that to them when I called. The repair completed 20 minutes after they arrived (replaced thermocouple), the bill was $362.91. The service fee was $150. I did not have an issue with that. The part was itemized at $212.91. When questioned as to why the part was marked up 1200%, it was explained to me that this included the hourly cost of the installation as well "based on a national average" and they would not disclose the actual cost of the part. Again, the service was quick and efficient. The service person and office staff were polite and professional. When having a professional company do a professional service, I expect to pay professional rates. I do, however, find that these rates are incredibly inflated and the inability to itemize the service for what it truly was takes significant unfair advantage of the consumer.

I called Watts with an emergency furnace issue and they were able to fit me in last minute. Luke was right on time and set to work diagnosing the issue; replacing ill fitting parts that had been incorrectly installed by another company, and performing tests to make sure everything was finely tuned and operating properly. He explained what he was finding and what needed to be done every step of the way so that I could understand the issue and feel confident her was doing everything that was needed to solve it. He was also able to detect a dangerous blockage in our furnace chimney and recommended immediate action. Since the service, we no longer has a smell of oil coming from the furnace, the hot air is coming through the ducts with a much stronger flow, and the air feels significantly cleaner. It has made such a difference! Luke was incredible professional, personable and knowledgeable; Watts will be my go-to company from now on.

We can't recommend Watts enough - they have been out now to install 2 Nest devices and do maintenance on our furnace, tankless water heater and gas fireplace. Luke and Bubba were fantastic and went the extra mile on everything making sure we understood what was being done, how it worked and that all our questions were answered before they left. Sam was terrific in helping us schedule and coordinate all our various appointments. They will absolutely be back come spring and time to maintain our A/C!

Watts came highly recommended by a co-worker for oil furnace maintenance. I found out that there are not that many companies who still work on these things. The person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Luke came out and was very professional, friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I am ready for the winter with my oil furnace in excellent working condition. Extra bonus - my dogs liked him, too. Will always call Watts in the future. Thank you!

We added 2 additional heaters to his planned day and he made it work. He wore footies in the apartment homes and answered our residents questions with a smile. Very nice to have Luke come and service our 2 propane FPs. Found out they were not completely installed correctly. They look fabulous. All cleaned up and working great

Loren (owner) came out and surveyed the job first, very prompt and professional service which is not easy to come by these days. He sent 2 techs, Keenan and Andrew to my facility the next day. They arrived on time as scheduled and promptly accessed the problem and provided a quick estimate. These guys are on the ball and knowledgeable about their trade, what a relief to do business with a great company! Thank you!

We were given a quote for an AC installment that was supposed to take one day. We were adding AC to our existing furnace and when the technician got started he realized it was a bigger job. No problem! They rearranged schedules, special ordered parts, and came back the next day and finished. They took their time, and did a great job. All for the price of the original quote! Not to mention the great things they do for the community in Gladstone.

I love working with Watt's. They are my go to vendor for all of my client's HVAC needs. I am a maintenance manager for over 250 homes so it is crucial that I have reliable, skilled and responsive vendors to ensure the satisfaction of both tenants and homeowners. I have worked with this company for going on 2 years and Sam is lightning fast in her communication with both myself and scheduling with tenants and I can always rely on Luke for thorough and easy to pass along info and skilled service. I have done multiple new furnace installs with Barry and Mckenzie and have been impressed each step of the way. I often have client's with lots of questions and they never fail to come through to provide the info requested. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! We have been working with Watts for years at our business and they have always provided us with incredible service. We needed a new unit for our business and we don't own our building. Loren the owner recommended to the building owner what needed to change in order to compliment our store's needs. And he did just that! We received new units and quickly! Then when we were learning the system, they sent out team members to help us navigate! From scheduling, to service, to installation they are top notch and you shouldn't hire anyone else for your heating and cooling needs!

I had the privilege of spending the day with Loren Watts. What a spectacular business man. He has surrounded himself with extremely knowledgeable people. You can definitely tell the value of someone business by the way they keep their office. If you get a chance stop by and ask for a nickel tour. Organization, tidiness, cleanliness, honor and respect among all of their people. Definitely a team effort with a CAN-DO attitude. You don’t find many companies with 100+ Five star ONLY reviews! Nearly impossible in today’s business climate. Kudos to Loren and his fantastic team.
