Ryann is amazing! She’s so thorough and very soothing as she talks to you throughout the process, keeping your mind away from any pain of the wax! On top of that she’s super sweet and remembers details of previous conversations you’ve had, you can tell she really cares, which I find so important! Definitely recommend booking with her. The studio is also very cute and clean.

The salon is super cute and clean. Waxing and lash lifts are great here. There are no bad choices I’m sure, but since I’ve worked with Bernice and Ryann I can say from experience they’re both great at what they do! Fav spot in Medford ️

As much a I like Bernice and her personality and how she always makes me feel comfortable during my brazillian waxes, I'm not absolutely in love with her work. The only reason I'm writing a review on here is because I haven't gotten a call back since I left a voice message to give them a chance to fix it. I've gone about 3 times to get a brazillian wax here. Last time I had a lot of long hairs left, I thought no big deal, it was probably because I was extremely sensitive. Well this time I got a brazillian and a brow wax. The brazillian I had a lot of hair left, only noticed the next day when I checked with a mirror, since it's hard to see past my tummy (6 mos preggo). The eyebrow wax took less than 5 mins, she gave me a mirror to see if I liked it, I pointed out hairs that we're missed, she spent an extra minute getting those. The light in the room is terrible and the mirror she handed to me had a lot of stains and sticky spots. I checked in a natural bright light when I got home and both brows still had a ton of missed hair. I always make sure that the hair is appropriate length before I come in to get waxed. So I'm not sure what the issue is.

I had never done any sort of waxing before, other than my eyebrows.i was absolutely terrified, but the experience i had here was amazing.she was so sweet and calmed me down within seconds.every second of the process was explained to me, and the aftercare was explained in great detail.i left feeling so happy with the services i had received.i went in and had my legs, armpits, and brazilian done.i have another appointment next month and i am so excited for it! The environment created there is beautiful and i would recommend her for anyone! The way she chit chats with you makes it feel like you’ve been friends for years, which makes time fly by! I am so happy with the waxed studio!

I’m blown at the level of comfort and professionalism I got when I visited Jessica for facial. She has such a sweet soul and genuinely loves and cares for you the moment you walk in.
Having had a large, active blemish on my cheek I trusted her expertise and recommendations for my skin and the next day the blemish decreased almost entirely with no scabbing or picking required!
You deserve a facial and you deserve it to be done by someone so great like her!

I booked with Waxed Studio for the very first time to get a brow wax/tint. My service turned out well beyond better than what I had expected as it had been awhile since I had my brows done. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. The atmosphere was very calming. Jessica was so welcoming and we were able to chat so effortlessly like I had known her for years.
