This was awesome, we got acrylic, mats, and wood backings for frames we were making. Everything was easily customizable. It made the project so much easier and more consistent. Would definitely order again if we were making frames again. And great customer service!

Excellent selection of mats and frames. Highly experienced staff who show great understanding and interpretation of a client's aesthetic and most importantly, what the best choices are that will enhance a piece of art without distracting from, or overpowering, a piece of art. Workmanship is first rate. Obviously the staff care as much as you do that the piece looks right. If you are unsure which direction to go, you will be offered knowledgable opinions if wanted.
Good framing is not cheap for very good reasons. My personal recommendation is to spend what it takes to do justice to your project.
It's awful to have to live with a cheaper framing job that cost $50 less than doing it right in the first place

Webpictureframes is a 5-Star find. I have not done that much business with them yet, but I have learned so much by visiting their store in Eugene and their website. I am growing a hobby in photography and have purchased frames and glass as I am also learning Photoshop. Each contact with employees has been an education. The orders were filled quickly, and the dimensions of the products were exactly correct. The frame's workmanship was excellent. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable. There was a problem with my order when it arrived. The frame spacers were coiled in a circle. I could not get them to straighten out after 10 days of keeping them straight. I contacted the owner who was very apologetic and sent me replacement spacers. The company definitely puts a high priority on customer satisfaction. Fortunately, the order was for me instead of a customer since it caused a delay of about two weeks.
