The Tech Henry was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and the cost to replace the parts needed. I’ve always had great luck with Webster’s and highly recommend them.

Clint found a flange was loose and allowed the Freon to leak out. Refilled with what he had in his truck. Much more comfortable in the house now.

For us we installed a new Hybrid ducted ductless system and they received new guidance from Carrier on how to configure the system several months after install. Webster Heating has been our only furnace maintenance provider for at least 15 years. As well as a gun fired furnace in basement we have added an outdoor AC. Also 2 mini splits. As the furnace is old with idiosyncrasies Clint is our service provider that comes each Fall for regular scheduled maintenance. How could we be so fortunate!

My troubleshooting appointment was easy to schedule by phone. The diagnostician, Clint, was professional and efficient. He clearly explained that the issue was my thermostat, not an electrical or furnace problem. He used a similar panel to show me that my furnace will work fine once my new thermostat panel is installed. I will continue to use Webster for all my HVAC services.

I’m always happy when they come and take care of the furnace and whatever needs to be done, I believe and give permission to do whatever.
