9Wanted to get a few photocopies of personal documents (including wells fargo checking account's statement) notarized and they declined and asked me to go to fedex. I dont know if they are even legally allowed to just 'deny' notarization service without any reason whatsoever, without even looking at the documents. Fyi- I did have all originals with me!
Exemplary employees makes my day. Walked in without appointment hoping to solve incorrect address for my debit and credit card issues. Zayne and Christopher set a great example of how bank managers should be. Christopher helps me to find a slot to meet up with Zayne, an hour well spent with Zayne fixing my debit + credit card 1 time send in to my correct address. Kudos to both of them for stepping up. Bank experience shines with them around.
I’ve never seen any business so hostile to customers! They will take 20 minutes explaining why they can’t help you! 185 th and Tannesborne is so bad, the workers are undertrained and rude. It seems their ultimate goal is to get push the customer to another branch or to set an appointment 3-4 weeks out.
I don't think Wells Fargo is accepting new customers. We want to open two accounts for our kids but we can't do it online or over the phone (we tried both), it has to be in a branch. They aren't accepting walk in appointments so it needs to be reserved online. The problem is that in the 7 closest branch locations to us the ONLY available opening for any of them is two months away and on a day that we aren't in town. In desperation we just drove down to a branch and were told they only have two bankers and appointment need to be made online. How can I make a reservation when there are no reservation openings? So I can't open it online, on the phone or in a branch. SERIOUSLY, what other options do I have? MY CONCLUSION: Wells Fargo is not accepting new customers. After some research there are a number of other online banking options, some even tailored for kids, that we can open for free in a few minutes.
I would give zero stars if I could. I spent a total of 4 hours in there, speaking with 2 different “representatives” to try to solve an extremely simple problem. Problem STILL unsolved. Just called (on a Tuesday DURING banking hours) to make another appointment to speak with someone in person for the THIRD time and got a message saying that bankers were unavailable. Yea, NO KIDDING! As you can see from other reviews, I am definitely not the only unsatisfied customer and will certainly not be recommending Wells Fargo to anyone.
And as far as your response goes, NO THANK YOU. After sitting with 2 bank reps, Wells Fargo online (2 more hours), and Wells Fargo Mediation (2 more phone calls) and speaking with a total of 7 CLUELESS people, sending me back and forth, I do not plan on speaking with anyone else. Train your employees better.
I truly am in shock how rude and how this branch is the only one that that had their own “special” rules shame shame on you lol
It just doesn't make any sense to me why to have a bank account if the bank won't take your coin unless it's already pre-rolled. That's ridiculous like I have time to sit and roll all my quarters all my dimes all my nickels and all my pennies. Do not use this company called Wells fargo! They will steal your money whenever they can and deny it. This company is corrupt and offers the worst customer service possible. They do not care about their customers and will rip you off when you aren't looking. Verify your account statements and be very careful when using the this garbage company called Wells Fargo. Buyer beware.
My personal experience with Wells Fargo bank in general has not been great. This branch in particular has decent customer service as long as you are not in a rush. As some other reviewers have said, make sure you factor in roughly a 15-20 minute wait time as you will need it if you would like to see a banker. During covid you will need to make an appointment at least a couple days in advance as they are usually booked.
