Wendy's, Portland OR

We stopped there tonight and ordered a couple meals, frosty and a cookie. Staff was friendly and gave extra 2 cookies and a coupon.but we found a hair in not one but both of our meals. If it was only one then yeah maybe just a little coincidence but finding hair in multiple items made us suspicious that they messed with our meals intentionally and was extra nice to hide that.

I feel Wendy's has one of the last real burgers and I enjoy them how ever getting them to get the order correct is a bit tuff

The drive thru sucks. I never get what I ordered. It's always wrong. Plus the kids running the drive thru think it's funny to short you.

We live in Beaverton, but drive out there when we want Wendy's. The fries were still hot when we got home. The buns were not soggy at all. It was a large order, but they got it out to us in less than 10 minutes. Great service. We don't eat out at all, but I needed a break. It was a great experience.

They have a bomb cheeseburger that has barbecue sauce and shoe strings fried onion rings. I can't remember the name of it but it was awesome and of course had a Frosty's can't skip that.

I ordered a hamburger meal with a large French fries and large drink. They made me wait in a parking spot for my order, when I received my order, my fries were very cold and soggy. I complained to the store manager and he told me that I would have to wait another 7 to 10 mins for fresh fries. I would rather go to McDonald's or Burger King to get my fries, they would at least be warmer than cold.

Wendy's is always good but this store was special because of all the Elvis impersonators who work there. I asked if it was their gimmick but apparently it was just a "happy coincidence" according to the old Elvis, who I think is the manager? This made my day - I highly recommend it.

I love Wendy's chicken nuggets they're the best. I also think Wendy's hamburgers are one of the best out of the fast food genre. Their fries will never be McDonald's fries but I would still choose Wendy's just for the chicken nuggets.

This location is a joke!
Why place your business on a platform that delivers if you just cancel the order and charge the customer?

Whoever hires the staff should be replaced.

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but the drive-thru experience is ridiculous. Sitting in line for 20 minutes and have yet to order. I've actually driven past recently because the line extended out onto Barbur. Might want to check out TacoTime unless you've got the afternoon to spare.

The drive thru is slow. They need someone taking orders and collecting payment in a tablet ahead of time to speed things up. Look to McDonald's, Dutch Bros, or Chick-fil-A for inspiration.

Drove through to grab a quick bite. The guy taking the order was funny. They got everything right, and the wait wasn't too long for it being around dinner time.

This Wendy's location is usually great. There can be a line later at night or during busier hours, but they are typically quite fast otherwise.

Every time I come to this shop they mess up my order. I only go when I am in a bind because it is not close to my home. Yesterday when I went they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault and did nothing to fix it.

Can you stop locking your doors before 8pm? A lot of people have tired to place an order for pickup before 8pm but they can’t cause your doors are locked.it’s really frustrating honestly.also they could be better at answering the phone instead of just staring at the customers who are standing at the door trying to pick up their food.

This Wendy's always makes mistakes. Tonight was the worst service I've ever had. I waited for 15 minutes before I could order, than another 20 for the food. When I got to the window, the man shoved the debit card reader in my face and then yanked it away when I out my card in. Then says "here" like he was rushing me when he returned it. He said "here" with a rushing, rude attitude with my drink and my food as well. The staff was playing around, laughing and dancing, not focusing on their task at hand, which might be reason they took so long. And then of course, my order was bad. The burger was missing any sauce, the nuggets tasted old, and the fries tasted like cardboard. Overall worst service I've had at a drive thru ever!

One of the best Wendy’s locations. Always fresh and hot or cold depending on what you ordered. If they happen to get something wrong they will fix it quickly. Evening crew is amazing. Haven’t been there early, yet.

Greedy.ordered a 4 piece nugget and fry for $4, and as i get to the window see that there was a $4 combo the person could have mentione.more importantly, i order a 4 piece nugget.and.fry.only giving a single dipping sauce uncovers the realities of late stage capitalism amd the lengths corporations will go to put profits above people.

The food is fine, as expected. But be aware, this location will randomly close & locks it's doors for no dine-in or carryout options.without putting any notice on the doors & the mobile app claiming it's still open. I'm lucky enough to live close by, but I still had to walk home & get my car to come back through the drive through. Staff was rude too when I said the app still showed it was open. They didn't care.

Just came from there. They were slammed. The drive thru line stretched out into the road. But they were quick, efficient and very courteous. Our order, including a number of substitutions, came out quickly and was completely correct, hot and delicious! For fast food, EXCELLENT!
