Wendy's, Bend OR

There's always gotta be a weirder fast food place in town for the others to function properly. This one is Bend's. Every time I drive through this location, something is off or broken or messed up, but the employees are so chill about it that it's never been worth just driving away. The location is vaguely convenient, but if you blink at the wrong time, you'll drive right past the small, understated building. You will rarely wait in a line at this location. If you don't mind a strange interaction, changing what you think you want to order, or not knowing if it will be available or given to you at the actual price (always lower when I visit?) this is the place for you. 10/10 in my heart, 6/10 as a business.

We hadn't eaten at Wendy's in years. Not shur what was changed, but even the chocolate frosty had no flavor. Their ice dispenser was broken. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. And not crowd at all. There hamburgers at one time had flavor. Not anymore. Their hamburger buns keep falling apart. I normally don't post on my experience, but it was a disappointment.

Attentive, friendly service! I drove thru' for breakfast, did some shopping, then drove thru' again for lunch. Great food!

The staff here is the whole reason I go to this place. Theybare always in a good mood and fun to interact with. Even when thenfrosty machine pulls a McDonald's or they have no cookies.

Update: still the nicest service crew to deal with.

My chicken sandwich beat the one at McDonald's but the chicken in the 2 salads were a great disappointment. Very dry and either overcooked or reheated.
One big plus was also being able to place the order at the counter with a friendly staff person.
We were traveling through the town and happy to find Wendy's close to our hotel.

I swear the double stack had to have been a double cheeseburger. Asked for light sauce extra pickle no such luck. I know it's crazy to ask that they not just glob it all on one spot and sloppily put bun on but I'm still going to ask. The lady at the counter was very dead. I don't care what people say you can smile even if you work at McDonald's I Mean Wendy's. It's ok you are getting paid for this.even the managers are all about moving it along getting it done screw customer service. Just so you know I love to review fast food and can't wait for the day I get someone who smiles when they take my order. Have nice day would be a bonus.

The place was dirty and the soda machine button stuck and when I said something someone came and just stood there and did nothing i don't know if I will go back

I really cant say enuf good stuff about this restaurant. The food is always hot fast and fresh, also the frostiest r always banging. You can tell the staff really likes working together and they work well together. Sam was working up front and she is superb! I rarely rate anything at five stars but she deserves it. She's super quick and you can tell she's customer service oriented. They were short staffed but spirits were high and they were pulling together to get everyone taken care of. Nuggets were cooked fresh and still I was in and out in under 10 min. Keep up the great work guys! While there I over heard them give the wrong size fries and they upgraded his order without hesitation and very quickly. Again Sam is absolutely AMAZING!

The drive thru was packed for lunch. I used the app to order. The team was friendly. My fries weren't very full.

The guy at the front counter was nice, but the manager was rude. I don't like the soda machines that use the same spout for everything.

Drive thru is quick. 5$ meal is plenty.

Consistent and good. As expected fast food.

I called this location after my door dash order was taking exceptionally long. The guy that answered my call was genuine and helpful, ensuring I got the quality food Wendy’s is proud to serve.

I really like Wendy's chicken nuggets. The atmosphere was pretty nice too, but the employee I delt with wasn't.
Plus, they missed the fries in my kid's meal, and they were out of Ranch, BBQ sauce, and plastic utensils.

OMG not sure if only in bend, but they now have STRAWBERRY FROSTY'S. However, the vanilla is no longer available

Friendly staff and quick service. The manager Joey runs that place like a well-oiled machine.

We had a rather large order for our track team and family during lunch hour and it was no problem for them.

I've been coming here for years. Beer is way too expensive now. Although the quality is there, the price isn't. We dont go as much because of the price increase. It's unfortunate.
