I had a great experience selling my car to West Coast Auto! Barry was extremely friendly and transparent throughout the whole process. He seemed very fair with his pricing, and he didn’t try to talk me down. I typically hate working with dealers, but would highly recommend this one.

What an excellent car buying experience. We found a vehicle on Craigslist that really sparked our interest. The ad led us to West Coast Auto Group. We made an appointment to view the vehicle, and Mario had the SUV sitting in the showroom awaiting our arrival. We do not typically like traditional car lots or pushy salespeople. This experience was nothing like that. It was a very comfortable and laid back situation. We had given our information to Mario over the phone, and he had several banks lined up with their approval by the time we had arrived. The vehicle was very fairly priced, cleaned, and completely ready for its new owners. We test drove the vehicle and decided it was the right fit for our needs. We were surprised at Mario’s work, and spent very little time closing the deal and driving away, unlike the hours we’ve spent at other facilities trying to get the purchase accomplished. This was by far, our best experience, and we will look forward to dealing with West Coast Auto Group in the future. We both would highly recommend this company! We drove 2 1/2 hours for this viewing, and couldn’t have been happier.

Mario was a great guy he came in on his day off to meet up with me to look at a vehicle I was very interested in the vehicle was a 100% as it looked on the pictures it drove even better than I expected I will Definitely recommend this place and be shopping here again

My husband and I worked with Mario on our purchase of our new to us van. This was the first time my husband and I had purchased a vehicle with a loan and were new on the process. I couldn’t rave more about our experience with Mario, it wasn’t a pushy salesman trying to sell us something we couldn’t afford. He was honest about the vehicle and warranties and worked a full day with a variety of banks to get us the best interest rate possible. We walked away feeling so good about this purchase and the experience we had with West Coast Auto Group and Mario. Given the opportunity I would recommend buying a car from them!:)

Mario was not pushy at all when I was looking for a car to buy. He was very helpful and made the process smooth. I am in love with my very first car and drove it off the lot with no issues! He also fixed my windshield wipers when I had an issue with them. Very nice people and company and I definitely will be coming back again:)

The crew at West Coast Auto are great! I found a Forester listed there online, took my Honda CRV to trade in, and it was such an easy transaction. Barry took care of all of the loan and licensing paperwork, and I left in my new (to me) Subaru and could not be happier. Excellent customer service that made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Ford Edge from them a few weeks ago. They told me detailing had just finished with it, so I came by to look and it was still dirty, and the rugs were stained - I should have left then. But I went ahead and bought it anyways because I needed a vehicle for a big move I was making. While on the road, I realized it was overheating whenever I wasn't moving. I got out ans looked and realized that NEITHER of the engine fans were working! We had to constantly pull over so the engine would cool off. I had a mechanic come look at it, and he said BOTH fans need replaced AND the coolant tube is leaking. This will cost me well over $1,000 for a vehicle I bought less then a week ago.

They clearly don't even look over their vehicles before selling them! BEWARE!

I thought I would travel to inner-city Portland and utilize a dealer in town to help the local economy. Never again! Suburban dealers are honest and do not scam.

In looking for a Jeep Unlimited I visited 5 different dealerships and West Coast Auto was by far the best experience. And yes, this is where I bought my Jeep! Peter was laidback and helpful. Absolutely no pressure, which was what I experienced at other dealerships. I also like that there is no haggling. You know the price going in. Will definitely come back when I'm in the market for another used car.

Mine are Volvo XC90 at West Coast Auto was the best experience buying a car Judy and I have had in 46 years of buying cars. Peter made it so nice. Very professional and such a gentleman! If my daughter wasn't already married, I would introduce her to him! My wife loves her cherry red Volvo. It drives like new. In fact, we've always bought a new cars in the past. From Jeeps the Chryslers and on. I think they truly want the customer to be 100% satisfied. Thank you again so much.

Edit: Scummy scam agents. When buying a car from these guys they said they would assist with the rim rash repair, but after papers were signed they basically said that the assistance they would give is just an address to a repair shop LOL! If thats not a scammy practice then please tell me what is? Or for this dealer such behavior is of the normal standards? Though this was a while back, i thought i should pitch-in either way.

I recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma from West Coast AG and it was a very simple and hassle free experience. I live in Klamath Falls and found the truck on Craigslist, I called and spoke to Barry, asked several questions about the truck then made him an offer and he accepted. I purchased the truck the next day. Barry was very easy to deal with, not pushy at all. I had the truck delivered to me in Klamath Falls and it was everything he said it was, just as advertised. I would buy from them again and would recommend anyone to buy from West Coast Auto Group!

We drove from south of Eugene to look at a truck. When we arrived it was parked in front out of the rain waiting for us.
Talk about low pressure. More like no pressure.
I am not much for writing reviews but this was the best experience we've ever had.
We had stopped and looked at several other trucks, but this ticked all the boxes. The paperwork was done in less than 20 minutes. Amazing.
We will let them find our next car for us. I couldn't be more pleased.
