First of all, what a wonderful staff. Timely, responsive, caring and most importantly honest. James Krippaehne is a great dentist and leader, the care I received pre and post surgical operation on my wisdom teeth was exceptional. I was able to reach him on the weekend when a concern popped up, immediately received a follow up appt Monday and was cared for properly. I hope everyone can experience their dental situations with people like this.

West End Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and the doctor is very nice. Everyone is professional and the office is clean! I personally had an oral device made through them and I could not be happier! My snoring has stopped and my partner and I are sleeping better. Love love love West End Dental!

I can’t begin to tell how professional all the doctors and assistants are. Dr James and his staff go above and beyond providing excellent service. If your like me and CPAP didn’t work and just seemed to be an endless money pit. The Prosomus mouth guard that Dr James made for me changed my life, I feel younger and energized. About 2 years ago, I was referred to Dr. Krippaehne by my Sleep Medicine Specialist (Dr. Scott Fromherz, MD, at Westside Sleep Center), and these 2 doctors (with both of their wonderful staff, especially Polly at Dr. Krippaehne, the most knowledgeable, thorough and professional in taking great care of everything, from getting past records to medical insurance approval, etc.) work very well together to take care of my complex Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and associated problems.
