The team at Westlake is exceptional! I needed a Maryland bridge updated from my teens and also the veneer to match it symmetrically on the other side. I talked options with Dr. Sievert, he made molds I could see and hold and then was super meticulous with the actual work itself. The quality and precision was great because he has a strong attention to detail. Additionally, it is the right color and symmetry to match my other teeth. His right-hand person, Bri, is considerate, friendly, patient and professional. Highly recommend! Have received several compliments on my smile and the dental work does not stand out or look fake.

I am so impressed with the expertise, efficiency and kindness of this team! I'm very phobic about even simple dental procedures, and Sabrina's gentle technique made a long-overdue cleaning (thank you covid) completely painless and anxiety-free. Dr. Sievert's exam was careful and thorough, and his explanation of necessary work made me confident in his treatment plan. And Mary, at the front desk, has endless patience when finding appointments and explaining charges. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit, much to my shock and amazement.

Everyone was very kind. Katie was super sweet and created a great atmosphere for the cleaning. Both she and Dr. Sievert were very helpful and answered all my questions in a way that was clear and understandable. The cleaning was pain free and the exam was very informative. Overall a great dental experience.

Dr. Sievert is definitely the best dentist I’ve been to. The facility is very clean and organized. The whole team gives such a friendly and professional approach to your care. His newest hygienist Katie is top of the line. Very precise, careful, and friendly!

Another amazing Experience At The West Lake Family Dentist Office.
This is the second cleaning with my hygienist sabrina, and I must say, she makes going to the dental office fun. She has such a great personality and she does an amazing job, you almost don't realize she has been working on your teeth. Truly painless, great experience again. Highly recommend this practice

Work quickly when doing cleanings, Dr. Sievert and all the hygienists are friendly, fast, and effective. Also had a big chip in my front tooth repaired here and Dr. Sievert did a fantastic job, can't even tell that it was filled.

Care is always excellent at Westlake Family Dentistry. Check-in and check-out are friendly and quick and, during COVID, all appropriate precautions are being taken. My hygienist, Sabrina, is friendly, timely, informative, and makes the whole process easy and as pleasant as one could hope for. Dr. Sievert is knowledgeable, shares information in a way that is easy to understand, and helps the patient to make the decision that is best for their dental care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care.

I'm new to Westlake Family Dentistry but so far I've really enjoyed the staff who are all friendly and good at their jobs. Dr. Sievert is a very good dentist, and is taking care of my teeth and issues that arise due to time off from regular dental appointments. (BTW, not recommended!) Thank you!

Amazing dental work as far as quality goes but always tries to upsell with Invisalign even though I’ve never said anything about being unhappy with my smile and theres no Medical need for me. And every time we’ve been they have billed our insurance incorrectly and we’ve had to get it corrected. Also, the have a new PPE fee of $15 per visit that they don’t tell you about in advance which is understandable but needs to be disclosed in advanced (and seems high!).

I’ve been a patient here for close to 10 years and have always gotten great dental care, and admin coordination. Just had a chipped tooth repaired today and I can’t even tell which tooth it was!

Website claims they address orthodontics and tmj. I went for a consult concerning bite issues due to a apnea device, but I also have a history of having braces and tmj. I went to this office hoping to have a good enough consult to broadly address my issues. After he recommended some advice, he said if it didn’t help that he’d send to me a tmj specialist and orthodontist. Fail.

Great dentist, my teeth during after work always feel totally comfortable. Also, the staff there are all so lovely.

They are wonderful they are very patient, friendly and make you feel welcomed. I have enjoyed going and I would recommend it to my family and friends.
