Very rude! Will not respond when you say hi or thank you. Didn't even tell me price, just wanted my card. I asked for pretzel bites with garlic and parm. He turned around and threw a little parm on top. They were cold dry and no garlic or parm after the top two. Won't be back

A Diet Pepsi. Went back to making pretzels. He never replaced the lemonade. Don’t drink the lemonade folks!

Way overpriced! $44.95 for three small pretzel bags and three drinks! (Number 3 on the menu) The prices are not shown on menu and the cashier not very friendly and they have the audacity to have a tip jar! This place has gone down hill will never eat there again!

Burnt old pretzels left under a heat lamp to die. Frozen drinks melted. They “add salt” to the top so only a couple pieces have salt. Just bad all around

CC was compromised after making a singular purchase at Wetzel's. The individual working was very unfriendly and seemed anxious when running my card transaction. Very shady and horrible customer service on the few occasions coming here. Will not be returning.
