5 I have called and emailed once a week for months to get appointments for mental health help. Still waiting on a response.
Most of the crisis line's operators are just getting a check while at home. There are only 2 decent people there. Also, the phone line connectivity is trash.
Cahoots is generally never a good idea, as they really can't or won't do anything but placate you and diminish your situation.
It's sad I have to move to acquire help.

Their phone operators are dishonest and will misrepresent things.
They need to retrain their entire staff/funding should be put to an organization that does not make Eugene citizens less safe.
