I worked with Keith Shepherd as my attorney for about 3 years after a car accident in 2016 that left me with long term injuries. He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had the honor of working with Attorney Keith Sherpherd. January 2019, I was trying to merge on a highway and came to a complete stop while on-coming traffic was passing me by on my left. A driver that came from around the corner was also trying to merge and I had no time to see him, however, he had seen me at a complete stop but thought I had merged onto the highway and struck me from behind going about 30-40 miles. He totaled my car. I went to the emergency room and I was diagnosed with a concussion, neck/arm and back pain. I went through treatment and after about 8 months, during the beginning of the pandemic, I had a bulging disc and could not walk for 6 months. I was in so much excruciating pain daily. My doctor referred me to a chiropractor and acupuncturist, but they were not able to help because of the inflammation in my spine. I was even put on steroids. I tried different medications and the only one that cured me was meloxicam. At this point, I was not only devastated but I did not know what my future would hold. I was definitely going through trials and tribulations. Keith was amazing throughout this whole process. He was truly an angel sent. He took a load off of me. He was prompt. He was a great listener and understood what I needed. He genuinely wanted to help me. He also fought really hard with the insurance companies. He made everything as smooth as possible. I did not have to worry about anything, and that for me is a huge deal, especially going through what I went through. He was always on top of the necessary paperwork that need to be filed and so on. I will always respect and appreciate Keith for his professionalism, integrity, and his eager to help others. He was more than I asked for and could not ask for a better representative attorney!
