You know it's whole foods so everything is too expensive. But I went in the morning of Thanksgiving, and they had everything I needed. The store was clean and well stocked. And I was met by kindness and smiles by literally every employee. Sometimes paying more for groceries is worth it.

First time in a whole foods. Was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of products. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plus they had a bunch of really good kids toys all over the place. Not sure if that is due to Christmas around the corner or if they always carry them. Wonderful experience.

I find everything about this place to be great except the sandwich bar. Today I paid almost $10 for a great-sounding sandwich, only to discover it was made from week-old bread. This is the second time I've done this. Maybe next time I'll remember. I find the employees to be friendly and helpful. They're not as professional as some of the old clerks at larger stores, but that's what I like about WF's.

Been shopping at WHOLEFOODS FOR OVER 20 years at many different locations in different cities. THIS IS THE WORST RAN LOCATION BY FAR. I still shop here like twice a week. Never have any pizza by the slice.pizza station is just closed. It’s ridiculous and I’ll find a fruit tart (mini) like once every 2 weeks. It feels like it’s being run by a bunch of hungover college students. A lot of there cooked food tastes off as well. It’s more like a HALFFOODS. Like I said the worse. No one is behind the wheel and this store is headed for a cliff.

Very clean store with friendly staff. An amazing selection of cheese, sweets and olives. Very unique selection of foods.

I ordered deliveries twice from the store and each time I was disappointed by the quality of their fresh produce. The rest of the products such as diary and frozen food, is all right. I will continue to order delivery from the market but will stop ordering any fruits or vegetables from them until the market's management do some improvements.

I went to retrieve a package at the Amazon locker. Was treated well by the staff at the locker and welcomed by Whole Foods staff. Did not shop. The parking lot is the size of post stamp, very tight, very busy and few open spots. I'll have to figure out a better time to pick up packages.

I went in there once because my wife and I are a Prime member of Amazon other than that they prices are way too much for us

I don't mind whole foods even though it's way overpriced for Eugene but I really resent when I ordered some ground beef and they did the old butcher trick
of wrapping fresh meat around a bunch of old meat so it looks pink but it's the old stuff inside that is very dishonest and I don't like it.

I don't shop here. They are the Walmart of grocery stores. Except Walmart kills mom and pop stores by making everything cheap. Whole Foods is expensive. When I lived in Berkeley, we called it Whole Paycheck. I don't know why people shop here. The only reason it showed up on my Google radar is that my in-laws shipped me an Amazon gift to pick up there. I feel the same way about Jeff Bezos and Amazon as I do about the Walmart family. But I don't refuse a gift, you know? Oh yeah, and it's also right across the street from the federal building so every protest goes through the parking lot. But they won't let you use the bathroom without a shopping receipt. We have so many great little co-ops and small grocery stores in town that have built the character of Eugene. Please support them and do not shop at Whole Foods.

I have been to Whole Foods a handful of times since moving to Eugene. I kept trying to think my experience would improve. My experience this past week was abysmal. The only high point was that the awesome young guy stocking pet food at the time was super nice! Nobody else was. The cashier seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. I gave her a friendly greeting and thanked her when she bagged my groceries. No response to the latter. However, as I was walking away, I heard her being super nice to the guy behind me. My guess is that he is a regular. Are employees trained to not care about their new (er) customers? It sure seems so. That awesome guy that I mentioned above should be employed at a different store in town where I imagine he would be treated much better also. I already know several people in town that have said this store is terribly rude and that they won't shop there. I won't either now and anybody new to town that I run into that happens to ask about which grocery store to shop at, I will tell them anywhere but Whole Foods.

Not very big of a selection when it comes to off brand things but if you have money and like paying more for organic/ healthier stuff than this is your place.

Overall the store is usually clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly. However, for the past 5 sales on “in house sliced” deli meat they have not had it advertised at the deli counter. There is no obvious way of telling which meat is supposed to be the one on sale at the counter and the employees seem very confused when I show them the sale on the app. The sale today, according to the app, was on peppered turkey. There was peppered turkey in the deli case, but when I showed the employee the sale to confirm it was the one on sale I was told they are not slicing meat at the counter and they are only selling pre sliced. I went to the two locations of pre sliced deli meat and there was no peppered turkey. It seems like there is an obvious problem in the deli for a couple of months now.

Great selection, Kinda pricey, but worth it for organic foods. However, the employees act kinda weird in the freezer section.

You'll see.

Drove all the way out here to pick up a package from the Amazon locker, arrived during business hours only to find the Amazon lockers closed for the night. Nice.

Always friendly staff and great produce. This is our Amazon hub as well so we are constantly in and out of here. The store is always clean, and you never have to wait long to check out. The employees bag your items for you, really nice crew over there.

Good healthy food, its a bit expensive but worth it. Great bathrooms. You have to buy something to use them cuz code is on receipt. So all u fiends out there if u need privacy you might have to shell out a few bucks. Thank the stats for food stamps

An employee that directed me to a non-existent coffee bar, filthy restrooms (not WF fault, that's due to the location), dry bread for the "freshly" made sandwiches, long lines to check out, slow and unmotivated staff made my experience unpleasant. 2 employees chatting at the customer service counter while the lines build with only 2 cashiers trying to manage the lines, but they seemed exhausted and defeated. Overall vibe is not good. I use to go to and love the Whole Foods in the Pearl District in Portland, but now the automation and drive for profits seems more important.

Worst WF experience ever. Uninterested staff. I asked about a coffee bar, was directed to an empty counter. Restrooms disgusting. Sandwich made with dry bread. The staff just seemed not interested in helping customers. I'm wondering if it's too Amazon now.
