Whole Foods Market, Hillsboro OR

First time here and customer service was not great. Went during an evening weekday and it wasn’t busy, not wait time for checkout. Typical of what you’d expect for whole foodss was, good selection

Nicely stocked Whole Foods location, with an especially nice cheese counter. Their odds and ends cheese boxes were packed with a variety that made my heart happy. Lots of local and regional cheeses, too, more than the counter at the Fred Meyer on Walker. The alcohol selection is impressive as well. I liked how they repurposed the pre-pandemic salad bar gondolas into receptacles for chilled cans.

The have a good but limited selection, lotst of organic fruits and vegetables and strict enforced mask policy

Excellent selection, pricing with prime account, and customer service. Grocery store of the 21st century.

Just got a couple of “Steakhouse Beef Burger” patties, which I had to throw away right away (sic), because, for some reason, it has a ton of spice (red pepper?) in it. No tag has mentioned it had that much spice, or any spice whatsoever.
Like it is a cheap eatery, which over-seasons expiring product:/

Rude customer service. The employee helping me was rude and seemed to be new and questioning things and seemed frazzled. Normally it’s no problem and the store is nice but it’s unfortunate the customer service I received today.

OMG THE BEST STORE! I found so many gluten and dairy free items. I usually shop at both new seasons and Trader Joe’s for my specialty items. Now I may solely be going to Whole Foods. Also points for being down the road from me.

I'm typically a huge fan of whole foods so i ignored a very large amount of bad reviews on their fruit and. Dear God most of it is really bad. My mangos were badly underripe then tasted rotten 3 times in a row. There are still good deals here, I got some great ny strip steak on sale but im not gonna say be careful with the fruit. Please just buy it elsewhere.

The cashier was super rude. He barked at me to fix my mask when my nose and mouth were already covered by it. He was completely annoyed we questioned the total for what we were purchasing. (The singles were ringing up as 4 packs) I suppose he thought we should have just paid it and moved on and last but not least, he started yelling at an older lady to move back to the start of the check out line.no personality at all and simply rude.

I work here. They allow customers to walk around with only faceshields and no masks. They say we're heroes working on the front lines of the pandemic, but they don't treat us like we are.

When asked what the management is doing regarding our safety as we are at VERY HIGH RISK, they give us non-answers.

Contrary to the signs they hang up in the back of house, our (and, frankly, the customer's) health and safety is NOT their number one priority. Make no mistake, their priority is profit.

A good Whole Foods. Has Amazon Locker available near the entrance for quick and easy package pickup.

Pizza was terrivle. Undercooked sause and dough. Its practically raw. Also horrible customer service. Never come here again

Expensive AF and had to wait in line for 10+ minutes while check out lady joked with some guy. To bad safeway isn't closer. Whole foods is a joke.

One of my favorite organic food stores. Good, fresh produce and excellent meats. Love their gluten free items. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Discount available if you are an Amazon Prime member. Also, an Amazon Locker pickup location. Highly recommended.

Love shopping here! I always stop in as I go through town. Great food and I really love the salad bar. I always leave fun and with a smile on my face. The pastries are as good as they look as well.

Manager went above and beyond to make sure we were compensated for an otherwise unpleasant experience. Cranky sandwich lady, lazy pizza staff, scantly stocked salad bar. But the manager was awesome and everything else was good about this store. Hope sandwich lady has a better day or takes some clearly much needed vacation time to find her happy place.

Always explain a really nice and helpful staff. I never can find what I want but they can always find it for me that's only because I'm always lost lol

You can get all the fresh products. Mostly i will buy chicken and milk and those are very fresh. They have Amazon locker inside and location wise its in very good.

I can’t return a product without recibe!

A good selection of specialty foods and the produce is beautiful. The employees are always pleasant and helpful.
