Wow, was I surprised when I went in the store for one thing and came out with more than I expected, quality products at prices better than big name stores!
The Staff was very nice and helpful as well!
Great shopping experience!

Aisles are tight and entrance is kinda crowded with stuff so it's difficult to navigate with a service dog and idk if I could have managed at all with a wheelchair and service dog. Staff was friendly and helpful but many customers blew off wearing a mask so that kinda sucked.

I am disappointed at being continually surprised at some of their pricing; and I'm a "member ".

This location doesn't inforce mask and distancing guidelines. Have signs up, but is not a place for you to shop if you are health or virus law conscious.

While masks are required, Wilco has about 50% of their shoppers without. I choose to wear a mask on the off chance it protects others around me. Wilco doesn't appear to care one way or the other.

I end up going somewhere else (NOT Wilco) to get wheat bran and the other things I need for my horse because I don't have time to drive all over creation to get what I need! The staff are wonderful and this store has most products I need, but ever since Lynsey (Mgr) left, they stopped carrying wheat bran and it's super frustrating. ALL the other Wilcos carry it but I have to drive 1 HOUR (vs zero min) out of my way to get it from Wilco! Why does the Stayton Wilco refuse to carry it!? ! I get it every 6-8 weeks for my horse as a colic preventative so it's not like a once a year thing. Is it that hard to keep a couple bags on the shelf? ‍️

Not good, not complaining with mask law, they care more about money, than people's lives, won't do any good

The store carries a lot of farm and garden and animal supplies and animal foods, lots of stuff, just not a very big selection of what they do carry. Was unable to find what I needed to repair a broken water line.employees were very helpful and pleasant

Had to switch accounts so it doesn't affect my other review. I like the store. I know you get a lot of shoplifters. I even asked about it because I knew From the moment I walked in the store I was on watch. Followed around I asked about some seeds even small greenhouses. I even watched the young female speaking to customers and her and the customers looking in my general direction and the customers walking towards me trying to herd me like I was some kind of a sheep.

It's important to have seeds. Even during the coming winter. I wanted to stock up. You should have all types of varieties of seeds. I know you would want to get fresh ones in so one would think that you might have some on clearance or something. I even asked about Garland he said Nope sorry we don't have any. I walk around around look down on the shelf. Because I am just impulse shopping like what do I need. There is the Garland sitting there on the shelf. It's not real Garland, but it is still Garland and it still says Garland right there on the Red Cardboard that goes around it. I purchased 3 packages of seeds and told her have a good evening. I felt discriminated by my appearance. I felt I was targeted and this isn't the first time. I like Wilco. I like the thought of the type of experience I should be having there. Worry free and possibly have what I am looking for. Not to feel Alienated or uncomfortable.
If I wanted that kind of experience I would go outside and be treated that way like I have been treated for over 35 years by employees who are off their shift or just by the general public.

I know the employees deal with a lot of BS everyday and I remember a lot of employees that work there from the years I have been visiting. I've been visiting this town for over 35 years. I didn't move up here until 3 years ago.

If you don't look like someone who works for a Lumbermill or a dude wearing a Huge Cowboy hat that looks like he's taking someone on a date to Wilco and if you look like me. Expect to be followed and alienated and herded out like a sheep. BAH!

I know a lot of people in this town pretend to say they don't remember me or they don't know me. That's just to keep them out of trouble for the things they participated in involving me.

What it usually comes down to is it's not just about the seeds it's also the experience. I am learning. I had to learn certain things all over again after being tortured, beaten, abused, and sedated, then told by people that it never happened. I had to do things I didn't want to do growing up by a community of thugs.
When I would write down useful tips people would steal them and try to make themselves look good so they can say they taught me.

The employees at Wilco made me feel like I wasn't fit to exsist at all. That hurts. I'll now have to go out further, which will cost more to go to another town and find the things I need. People have taken too much from me. I'm not going to put up with it further.

I hope this review doesn't cause me or my family any problems.

I don't respond to this account. I usually don't review on this account at all and I don't accept Apologies either.
