1Will never use these clowns again! Wilcox installed a new well pump in Sept. 2022. I was happy they could respond so quickly and we had water restored the same day. When I had issues 11 months later I called Wilcox. He said he couldn't come out the same day because his helper was out fishing. When I asked for advise, he told me to install a new control box. After doing so, the pump was still acting strange so, I called him back. When he found out that I bought parts from his competitor, he was immediately rude to me said some choice words before hanging up on me. When I called him back, he said he was "too busy" to help me and left our family high and dry. You'd think if you spent $4000 with someone that you could get a little support. I think there's a reason these guys are so available.
