Like others have said before. Don't get their repairs. They steal the gold from your jewelry and then the cheap lazy work they do has it break so they ask to charge you again.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Rhett helped me find a new chain for my rabbit pendant. They were very attentive and helpful from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in the door.

After having our necklace a month to repair a clasp on it, the “repaired” necklace clasp broke again after only a week. Upon taking the necklace back to the store, their response was that it wasn’t the same clasp that they had repaired and it must’ve been that our 17 year old daughter “yanked” on the necklace or mishandled it. AND they wanted to charge another $80 to repair it again. Poor quality work. Horrible customer service. Use this repair store at your own risk.

I lost a cherished heron earring - and the folks at Willamette Artisans crafted a necklace with the remaining earring. PERFECT!
They listened to what I wanted and delivered.
BTW - we found Willamette Artisans in the first place when my husband needed his wedding ring repaired. It had been cut off for surgery - and they sized and made it good as new

My family had such a wholesome experience here. We went in for a quick watch band adjustment and the entire team blew my family away. My 7 year old loves glitter and glam so she was really excited to be in a jewelry shop. I was nervous that we were going to be bulls in a china shop, but the folks up front were so kind and really made us feel comfortable. They even shared some knowledge with my kid that she’ll hold onto forever. The experience would have ended perfectly there, but they went above and beyond and offered my kid a tour in the back of the shop (after she curiously poked her head back) where the Jewelers are. The professionals welcomed her with the kindest, most welcoming energy and showed her the tools and machines that they work with. I think they helped make a core memory and maybe even shaped a future Jeweler.

Thank you for being such awesome humans. Y’all are so very lovely!

I got a ring sized up here and when I came to pick them up there a was note with saying the ring was sized up too big and they could size it to the requested size if I wanted or just take it too big. I didnt want to risk them messing it up again since it was knowingly done wrong the first time and I had already waited awhile for it and made time to go pick it up when they knew it was wrong. Just a headache overall. They did fix my necklace clasp well so that is the two stars

My husband and I got our silver wedding rings here.

We appreciated the knowledgeable, attentive staff, who helped us select customisations and stones for our rings.

We particularly appreciated that no one tried to talk us out of our choice of silver, or sell us more expensive rings.

The rings are beautiful, and were in time for our ceremony, despite fairly short notice. However, my ring needed to be resized afterwards, which they did for free and quickly.

Unfortunately, a week after the wedding, we both needed our rings resized, probably due to temperature differences. When we went in, we found out their supplier had made a mistake with the original sizes. Again, the jewellers were able to do the resizing fairly quickly, despite it being mid-February. There was a standard charge for this, but we expected it. We were content to pay for the adjustment, and support this small, local jewellery shop.

We chose Willamette Artisans Jewelers specifically because they are a small, Eugene business (the shop is tiny). We appreciated the friendly, respectful, experienced staff, and are very pleased with our rings.

We can certainly see why they have such high reviews!
