This was the first time I had a car detailed, but it definitely won't be the last. My car even felt happy afterwards! Very considerate and thorough crew. My Rav 4 looked and felt new:)

I was scheduled for a interior detailing and they were nice on the phone, but I showed up for my appointment. I waited for an hour.no one showed and no one called me back.

Me and my family have been getting our vehicles detailed here for a while. The cars look great when they’re finished everytime. My two favorite vehicles to take home from Willamette Auto Detail was our Camry and my Azera.

The Team at Willamette Auto Detail in Salem are great! I have had tons of vehicles, boats & Rv’s over the years detailed and they have always exceeded my expectations! If there was ever a concern about anything they were always willing to fix or redo the area that I was not happy with! Ken the manager is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable, Phil the owner is very understanding and has set great affordable prices for both the Salem & Aumsville Location! If you’re in the market for a Detail, stop by and give them a shot!

Won’t be back, don’t recommend. Had my Ram Mega Cab detailed inside and out. Almost $400. Got my truck in the evening. My truck carpet and factory floor mats were soaked. Had to dry all of that out myself. Also lots of leftover wax on exterior seems. Also they did not even clean my wheels at all. I showed up to pick it up and an employee was still “washing” my wheels. He proceeded to say, “These wheels are tough to get clean” and quit washing them. Detail was a little over a month ago and now I find myself shopping for another detail shop due to the exterior stopped all shine and beading.

We took our 2014 motorhome in to have the outside detailed. When we took the unit in, it looked faded really bad. I never thought we could ever get it back to looking better let alone brand new! Bryon and I were so impressed by the quality of the work on our motorhome! Phil went above and beyond in his customer service and quality of work. We can’t recommend Phil and his team enough! Our motorhome looked fresh off the lot! Thank you so much!

Phil and his team of detailers are top notch. I get my mustang detailed here every year right before summer to get ready for car season and they always deliver. If you’re looking for a detail or anything car related hit them up!

Brought our two cars in for detailing a couple months back. Detail work was OK at best. On our Mazda 3, they got something on the side mirrors the caused the glass to have a spotted look from certain angles. Brought it back and the owner was very apologetic and used some sort of rubbing compound which did help. But the spots came right back and make it difficult to see in the mirror if the sun is shinning on them. Having to spend about $100 to replace the side mirror glass on both sides. On both cars, the paint stopped beading water after only 1 month. Not sure what they used, but it didn't last.

Also of note, the area where this is located is very sketchy. While waiting in the parking lot, we witnessed several drug deals going on right in plain sight. We won't be using this detail shop in the future.
