Willamette Dental Group - Gresham

I had a great experience at the Willamette Dental office on Burnside in Gresham. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable yet very friendly. I got in and out quickly and everything was done very satisfactorily despite my not having been to a dentist in over six years.

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and great at making you feel at ease if your a anxious person like me.

They care about their patients. They are happy to explain all options in detail so the patient can make the most informed decision about their care. I even experienced getting a filling done with a cheek guard to prevent injury during the procedure! I felt heard and that I was provided with the best of care.

I’ve switched over to Willamette Dental-Gresham location about 3 years ago and have not regretted it! Best service ever! Team members are great, especially my hygienist Tiffany! BEST hygienist ever! Dr. Kharazzi is super nice as well!

Gresham Willamette Dental and Dr Kharzzi provide exceptional dental care. I have been going there for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else. The are friendly, professional and very thorough with their dental care. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Review Update: When asking for my current xrays we took 2 weeks ago they sent to my new dentist, old out of date and unusable xrays. This is not the only game they tend to play. Yes, the manager knows & participants in this included her. Terrible way to do business.

This is not a joke. I scheduled an appointment for pain on both the left and right side of my mouth. When I got to my appointment they told me "we will only see you for one side of your mouth so you need to choose which one and schedule an appointment for the other. " I was shocked i have never in all my years ever had a dentist tell me anything like this. Come to find out I broke my tooth & most likely the same on the other side. They do not do abstractions and referred me but don't know if the left side needs the same! Don't be fooled by the nice people inside they cannot make up for the corporation inside that determines your health care. It's all about your money and your time, very disrespectful, I don't know how they expect us to trust them.

They were very professional, polite, and skilled. They diagnosed & fixed my immediate dental problem. Would recommend to family, friends, and enemies (wouldn't wish tooth pain on anyone)

The assistants where kind and energetic. The office in a whole sucks. I have to wait 6 weeks in pain before they can fix the issue. They prescribed antibiotics to deal with infection but I have wait so long the infect will return. How is letting a patient who can eat without pain sit in the wind ok with them. Once one dentist has look at your x-ray appalling the others lose there ability to remove a tooth. Update no one from the management group has contacted me. This appears to be lie just like when they said they cared about their patients.

Willamette Dental is very affordable professional care, and I’m very pleased with their service.

Dr. Karazzi and her assistant both were absolutely amazing to me for the time that I was there. Both were very attentive and welcoming. All my questions were answered and not once was I felt as if I was left in the dark about my care. The entire place was welcoming. Dr Karazzi seemed as if she genuinely cared about what was going on. I'd definitely go back without hesitation.
