The staff were friendly and helpful when deciding the proper product to use for my patio walk way. They gave great suggetions and offered tips. They were fast at loading my sand and pavers, and made sure I had all my questions answered.

I stopped by for pricing on concrete blocks and was surprised at the lack customer service. It didn't seem like they wanted my business.

Wouldn't even give them a star. Dishonest and will drive to eugene from now on. Had to pay for my stone twice. Make sure you have in hand what you pay for!

In an age of electronic purchases like credit or debit cards, a strict rule of returns only with a receipt is ridiculous. They track purchases in their computer system. I had to provide a name, address and phone number to make a purchase. I used a debit card which will show up in their purchase records. Now, because their estimate of how much polymeric sand I would need was 7 bags too much (I only used 5 of the 12 bags they calculated) they won't take it back because I didn't keep the receipt. They are the only supplier of the grey version of this product in Roseburg.
The "manager" was rude and wouldn't even take the time to check their records to verify the purchase.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had plenty of stock on hand. They made the process from deciding to loading very easy. I would highly recommend.
