2 Sod was delivered on a hot day and not covered. At least 10 pieces were bad and should never have been delivered. Full of crab grass. Called company with concerns and was told they would send me seed and get back to us and that never happened. I would not do business with them again.
In reply to the owners response: Thank you for your response. Our project was completed by Reese Landscapes Inc. The sod was delivered, uncovered, on a hot day by Willamette Turf. We do not recall the name of the lady that we spoke to at Willamette Turf to ask questions and share our concerns. She was familiar with Reese Landscapes and remembered our address for the delivery. She told us she was going to talk to her boss about sending the seed and get back to us and stated the seed would arrive in 2 days. We never heard back from her and the seed was not delivered. It is no longer needed as we bought seed from another company. We could not wait any longer as needed to fill all the patches from where crab grass was pulled out.
My sod needed some addition love. Steve stepped and provided what we needed along with valuable watering and fertilizing advise moving forward. Amazing customer service. Thanks Willamette Tuft
