Not worth a star. Incredibly rude. I had to prod to find out if this was the correct number, then started to explain my needs, the man that answered interrupted and said "You need to call someone else" and hung up. I was talking about gutters, people. Don't waste your time calling these folks.

Called to ask for an estimate for some gutter repairs. Without even asking what types of repairs were needed, he said "I don't estimate those. They're just too small of a job. " This, despite their website claiming that "No job is too big or too small, " and listing gutter repairs as one of their available services.

Called to have him come out and do some repairs and when I asked him if he had time in the afternoon as opposed to the morning after ten minutes of explaining repairs I needed, he said “Nope, just cancel this then” and literally hung up on me. Super glad I looked at reviews after this bizarre phone call because he looks horrible and I would have cancelled after reading these anyways. Thanks for 0 care for your business.

They no showed on me. I called and they were very apologetic and rescheduled for the next morning. They no showed again. Save your time and find someone else.

The owner agreed to replace the motor of a burned out bathroom ceiling exhaust fan. When he inspected the broken fan I heard bathtub water running; didn't understand the reason. He agreed to return after the new motor arrived. He only returned when we called and insisted. He came, worked, said he replaced the motor, accepted our payment and left. Within a month the fan stopped working. Another contractor told us the old motor had been cleaned and put back, there was no new fan installed. The owner of Willamette Valley blamed us for the problem, stopped communicating, and refused to refund our money until the Lane County Contractor's Board threatened to remove his license. Then he mailed a check to refund our total payment.

Overstated time (charged me 2 persons, 2 hrs each just to go to Jerrys), and purchased tools as supplies without asking - the tools then became mine, but were either unwanted, or duplicates of what I could have provided. On the positive side, they were pleasant and cooperative.next time, I'll go w/ a real company.

Had a long list of work to discuss. Gentleman I spoke with didn't want to do the work- gutter cleaning, moss cleaning, roof treatment. Advertise the service but do not want to do small jobs. I didn't even get a chance to discuss the bigger jobs on my list, they just told me to call someone else and hung up. I will take my business- and money elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

I worked for this guy Charles for a couple days he posted a add in CL I call them like 10 times about the job until finally got an answer he was short and rude on the phone but any way I needed a job we meet at Mc Donald's and he barely let me talk ten mins later he is like we gotta go hurry up, come on hurry up.
Another guy starts yelling" pay me my money you should not be like this with your employees I deserve respect " And I am like what the heck 30 mins later after discussing he pays the guy and look at me on the eye seeing be careful he is cracy. Well he was not wrong he had some issues or something passive agressive sindrome or something he smoked in his van like a train and did not let me roll down the window saying that his sig would burn to fast stay away from this guy he is not a professional as he claims we were late in every single job uses really cheap materials and mostly rude and short with costumers and employees.

WORST experience!
To sum things up. We paid $250.to have a $150.high pressure hose STOLEN, every gutter clogged/packed with moss (that were not prior), ignored calls/ emails and then finally.denied it all!
This after canceling the 1st appt 5 min prior to scheduled time.
THANKFULLY we have proof on cameras and pics to further deal with the issues!

Don't bother with this guy. Called him on a Thursday morning, to see if he was available to come bid on a small deck roof. He said he would come out the next morning, at 930am. 1030 rolls around, and he still hasnt showed. We have stuff to do! So, I finally get a hold of him and his response is that "he forgot, can he come between 12 and 2. " At 1 he called back and asked if he could come between 4 and 6, and he never showed up, or called. Our whole day we wasted, waiting around for this guy. Don't waste your time, too.

Quick to come out, wouldn't give me a bid just hourly rate. Someone showed up 4 hours late on a bike! I had to go and get the materials and move them myself. Lied about car trouble and didn't have proper tools and asked me for tools? ! A few hour job turned into three days & $500 for something that should have taken a few hours and ALOT less. Charged me the time it took him to ride his bike around town and make calls when I wasn't around. I nearly fired him on the spot on the last day but I just wanted to get away from this company. Very rude and unprofessional. Showed up with the "boss" the last day. Unfriendly, didn't say a word or comment on the crappy work his "company" perfmond. Do not use!

One star is generous. It is not that he is not a hard worker.he is. He just isn't a professional. He plugged up my gutter drains, made my dry wells inoperative and so far has cost me almost $4,000 to have gutter drains put in to the street. He is no painter and he does a lousy job cleaning windows. Pressure washing seems to be his forte.

Ask for Jim Millican.he answered my call yesterday, and was able to come out within the hour that very day! (Very unexpected.) He checked out several different furniture repairs/adjustments I needed, did some of the work, and came back today to do the other work. Very good work done, very patient, and gave me options. Nice guy, too. Reasonable prices w/no talk of a minimum or anything-will use again.

I worked for Charles for three days and he is a terrible employer. He had me hang plastic up at Jo Anne's fabrics it was ugly and in effective I feel bad they employed him. Next day he has me build a cover for a crawlspace, after I told him that I didn't have experience in carpentry. I build it and he flips it multiple times it became to pull apart we used nails, he gets nasty with about my poor craftsmanship.i just it ignore it. Next day were on a three story roof, he says OSHA might come by because he has had problems with them before, he tells me to lie to them and tell them I'm volunteering my time. We were performing very unsafe work practices we weren't tied off and he had me cleaning the gutters with my hands! He tells me to meet him in the morning he then blows me off for a week finally get ahold of him to get paid and he tells me to bring me his hat back. I get paid after a week of him dodging me. If you can help it don't work for him and if you do tell him Heath says fu+k you

I called yesterday and arranged for these folks (or maybe just this guy?) to come look at a job. We agreed on a time, and he got my address, which is close to the address listed above for the business.

It was a lunchtime meeting. I took off of work, went home, and sat there for an hour. No show, no call, nothing.

In retrospect, I'm not certain whether he even asked for my phone number, though it may have just shown on caller ID. Regardless, big waste of time for me.

Called and explained job - just needing caulking around a door frame. We had to have a contractor do this according to a purchase contract. He said no problem, and made the appointment for 9am Monday morning. At 8: 58am Monday morning, he called back, asked more questions about the job and I explained it again. He then said it was too small and wouldn't do it, then hung up. According to his website (willamettehandymanservic…), "No job is too big or too small. " Just goes to show you can't believe what you find online.

Charles C Adams! Guy is a poor junky who not only doesn't do the job according to the owners needs goes with what he wants doesn't not check who he hires bunch of tweaking workers that he brings to your homes and does not do a professional job he covers up after his mess ups and if he can't do it him self he goes off and hires people for cheap labor of Craigslist and then has problems paying its workers on time he is not the guy anyone would want at its home

No call no show for arranged time. Didn't even pick up the phone when I called to see what the problem was.

Didn't hire them. The guy I called for an estimate to install some insulation was apparently really put out by my calling. It went like this:

Guy - "I could do that for 800. "
Me - "Is that with me providing materials? "
Guy - "If you just want materials, you just go to a discount place or something. "
Me - "Discount place? Oh, like where? "
Guy - "I dunno. Just look for discount places. "

I would hire them back any day really knowledgeable about there work and even went out of the way to mention some things I didn't know needed fixed on my house and they dressed and completed the work in a timely and very respectable professional manner. I will definitely have them back for all my handyman repair needs
