The company and Tara have been amazing and always willing to help when there is an issue. If anything breaks we let them know and we have someone out here to fix the issue right away. I truly have never been happier as a renter anywhere else in the US.

Willamette Valley Rentals has been wonderful to work with and rent from. They took over management at the apartment complex that I was living at (before I got into my house) and I cannot say how big of a turn around there was with things actually getting done when requests were made, and Tara was great to work with and communication was easy with timely replies. If I were in a position where I needed to rent again, Willamette is the first place I’d call.

Tara helped me and my son in a very prompt and professional manner. I would recommend to work with her as I will in the future. Thanks again for all your help!

Living in this neighborhood has been a dream, we love our home, and have been very happy with Tara and Willamettte Valley rentals as our landlord. We have put in a few work orders that have been handled very quickly. We communicate and understand they are busy but we always get a response, even if it’s not as quick as others may expect. The process for touring the house, then signing documents was quick as well. We love living here and plan to be for a while. Our neighbors have created a tribe and all our kids run around and play together. Making memories and socializing. We have tried to convince our whole family from other states to move here as well!

Tara got back to me on the business rental, and I have been happy here for a year now. She's good people.

I hired Tara to manage properties. She sounded great and came with a recommendation. After months of lack of communication, frustration of the same stories and excuses we finally had to take our business elsewhere. I tried to keep the expectations of communication at the forefront. I asked to give notice to a tenant due to safety concerns of the home. It was 5 months later FINALLY they were given 3 months to vacate. Absolutely ridiculous! When asked, "the lawyer should be in contact this week" not to mention I had to ask for statements over and over. Cost of managing properties that need work can be expensive, I needed to budget for expenses, Tara would not send me statements. Tara would tell me her assistant was working on it. Tara would not respond to emails, text or calls. If you don't answer the person who pays you, do you do the same for the tenants if they have issues? The answer is yes! I talked to the tenants, yes she didn't communicate with them either. The last straw was the eviction notice given so late, now we are headed to court. Never did get any thing from Tara, proving we had to go to court or what the verdict was. When the tenants finally did move out. I asked for the yard to be kept up and utilities transferred. That didn't happen either. Absolutely shouldn't be in this business if you don't communicate.

Edit 2: Tara was able to find me an alternative place quite quickly, where I have been for a while now. Communication has gotten better, and things have generally been going well here

Edit: Unfortunately the technical difficulties meant I was unable to apply for the property I had been looking at. Very apologetic and willing to help me look for alternatives. If none of those work out, I do hope the technical issues are resolved next time I am looking for rentals, because it does seem like a good company otherwise.

It didn't feel quite right to leave only 1 star, as all my communications have been very pleasant, however there has been so little of it for all the times I have attempted to get in contact. None of my emails or voicemails have been returned, and only one of my many calls resulted in actually being able to speak to someone and schedule a showing where no one showed up.

If this is a technical issue that's causing me and other recent reviewers to be unable to reach anyone, it should really be a priority to fix that.

Tara is absolutely terrible about staying in touch with clients and broke our contract several times. She should not work in this business.

Tara has been my property manager for 4 years. The tenants she has found are the best I’ve ever had! She take great pride in what see does and handles difficult situations well. Very glad to have her on my team!

Reasonable price, and very pleased with help I received. Awesome place to find somewhere to live, temporarily or long term. Great idea for students traveling across the country and are struggling to find a place to stay. The locations are a reasonable distance from stores, school ect.
