Willamette Valley Vineyards, Turner OR

Canceling our membership due to consistently terrible service. We are no longer bringing friends here as they all get annoyed and frustrated. Yes, the wines are good, and the food is great. Despite being members, if all we want to do is taste, we can't get service. If we have a group of 8 people, we can't get service. There's a food order mistake every time. Of the few existing servers, many are rude and don't listen. Today's steak arrived rare: asked 3 times for medium, and it then came out as a hockey puck (server just ignored us and walked away.) Stringy tasting pours, and god forbid you want an extra taste of something. No other winery we've ever visited anywhere is like this. We're done.

We've been back since the original review below. Flight prices have gone up to $20 and $25 depending on the daily and reserve flight. 5 tastings for both and both were great! Live music and again, the views are still breathtaking! It is really something special up here! We will be back again!

Really impressed with the reserve flight (liked 4 of 5). $20 for the reserve flight and $15 for the standard flight so the extra $5 was worth it.

Was not impressed with the risotto. It was bland and had an odd combination of flavors.

Rude hostess! I came here as a visit
I have a service dog and they are isolating us due to having one making us go upstairs. I wanted to sit downstairs to do the tasting wine. I notice everyone in the lower floor is all American and we are colored people. I waited 10 mins to place a order. I feel like this establishment is a racist and rude.

Beautiful vineyard, amazing tour, Sydney was awesome very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. So happy we had her as a tour guide. Felt very welcomed and the wine was incredible too!

Did a private vineyard tour, must've tasted 10 different wines. Incredible! Delicious ready to drink wines while also explaining the history of the vineyard. Ended up buying ing 4 bottles (they took the price of the tour off of the wine price). Realized a few days later after leaving the state that 1 of the bottles wasn't what we ordered, and they sent the correct 1 to my house no questions asked!

Didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant overlooking the vineyard, but wish we could have as it smelled delicious. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely tasting experience here. Both Emily O.and Rachel were so knowledgeable and helpful that they really made the wines come alive.

We had a great time on our tour! Lucy was a great tour guide and made the experience extremely enjoyable. She even took some great pictures of us!

My wife and I visited this vineyard Sunday 8/27/23 while in Willamette Valley and our guide, Max, made this the most memorable of the vineyards that we got to see.

From great views to immersive stories and pathways through the production facility, Max led an in-depth and very fun experience for us. We recommend that everyone looking to tour the Willamette area try to make time for this vineyard specifically.

Kudos to the entire team here. The knowledge shared with my group at our wine tour from Lucy was just wow.she has that passion and belief for what she does.

Just moved to the area and decided to check this winery out. Sami was great and was able to convince me to buy half a case on my first visit. Will definitely be back.

My previous experiences with WVV are at the main vinery and at the tasting place at Lake Oswego. Needless to say I like their wines and places. At the Domaine, we were led to pick a table in the large open and covered area, not at the adjacent open area next to the main building. I don't know why we weren't given a choice. At no time our host or server mentioned there was a string quartet scheduled to play later. Once they started to play classical music, then every body had to be quiet. The concerto lasted 30-45 minutes with a short break. We came for the view, the wines, the appetizers and social, not to listen to classical or other music. Also, I was surprised the wine choice was limited to Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, and that any reorder had to be a full bottle. They offered $10 off any bottle.

I was really underwhelmed. The food was not very good, and overpriced. The service was terrible, but one of the servers long black hair on Friday evening was an absolute doll. There are so many vineyards in the area, I would just probably select another one.

We had a wonderful tour today at this beautiful winery. Veronica was our tour guide and she was excellent. She knew how to steer us into learning more about things we didn't already know as we have done a lot of tours. The staff were very friendly and we had an incredible lunch afterwards. I highly recommend this spot for a leisurely day of wine, food and beautiful food. Thank you Veronica!

My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our 8 year anniversary and it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend. Amazing staff, great wine and gorgeous property.

Their $40 per person wine tasting and tour reservations were full and I called their customer service day of going in effort to be fit in for our special occasion and they notified on-site staff to do what they could. Concierge staff promptly seated us in their beautiful lobby as we showed up and went to get a tour ambassador right away.

Brian P.gave us our tour and tasting and I seriously have to stress how amazing he is! As a young couple who know very little about wines he made the experience so fun, interesting and entertaining. The cheese board we got with the tour was delicious and the wine was so great we left with 4 bottles!

We visited the tasting room on 8/16/23. Nicki was our host. The wines and service were both top notch! I highly recommend this tasting room and I hope you’re lucky enough to be there on a day that Nicki is there as well.

Beautiful views and nice property. We both did the Daily flight. Our first 3 pours were a good size, and the last 2 Pinot Noir pours were on the small size. Not sure why the inconsistency? Overall, we enjoyed our time.

We bought three flights of wine. It took over an our to get all 5 served. We ordered a charcuterie board and the server said it was really big so I said that’s what we want. It took over an hour to get it. When we did, it was nothing like what I thought. It was small and there were 4 of us to share. The grapes were drenched in apple cider vinegar I believe and no one but me ate them because I was hungry. We decided against food because we didn’t know how long it would take to get it. After we finished our flights, we were never offered to get any wine and our server rarely checked on us. I had to get us all water too. We asked for a round but never got it. This was for my birthday and I was super disappointed. We won’t go back.

Tyler at the bar was so nice, patient and knew every item on the menu and wine list.

Beautiful building with spectacular views. We went for a tasting and lunch and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Priscila was our server and she had great knowledge of the wines and was very personable while offering excellent service. I had the burger, which was fantastic, and my wife had a salad with steak. We were on a time crunch so we didn’t have the opportunity to try their house made ice creams but our experience was so good we know we’ll be back soon to enjoy the ice cream and some more stellar wines.
