Very nice both William and Alisa (front desk)! He was kind yet professional and explained a lot to me about my eyes and prescription, when In the past I’ve had eye doctors shrug my Prism issues off and say they’re not real.
10/10!

I helped my grandmother with her appointment here (I have her permission to write about it). He was respectful and good at his job. The way he addressed my grandmother was respectful too. We had left elsewhere after she felt that she was talked down to like a child but Dr. Losie and the kind receptionist were both so respectful and professional and he is such a clear communicator in helping gram address the problem with her glasses. We both agree that we'll be coming back

I so appreciate that Dr. Losie took the time to explain all the results of my exam. I never felt like he was in a hurry or that I was just another patient. He listened to me! The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. It was a great experience!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Dr. Losie is helpful, kind, professional, and as other reviewers have mentioned, honest. He has stopped to explain any aspect of the prescription, tests, eye health, equipment, or insurance that I had questions about. Alise at the front desk is also very helpful and nice. Just in general an excellent experience all around, and the lenses I have gotten from them have been great so far.

Dr. Losie has served my whole family, from my elderly mother to my children. He and his staff are kind and professional and we highly recommend them for your eye health needs.
