I just had my hearing tested for the first time. Very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice, the procedure quick and easy and I was given the detailed results immediately. The test was free!

From wv on west travel and my hearing aid plug with wax and had no new ones. Tom fixed me up and done test to up grade them and no charge me. What a wonderful man. THANKS TOM!

I am so impressed with how great this whole experience was. The front desk people are always great. The doctors are the best. I have amazing hearing now. They have the best products. I needed a couple adjustments and they were great about getting it done. These folks have amazing equipment, all state of the art. This is probably the best place I have ever done Business. If you have hearing problems these are the people to see. I just wanted to tell everyone don't waste your time with the rest these guys are the best. Thanks again.

Caregivers are a crapshoot. Some are very good, others beyond awful. Had one outright lie to me and attempted to deceive me, all aimed at getting me to buy new aids. Sprayed my devices with water in the hope they'd fail. Worst experience ever.

My appointment was on time, very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this hearing center.
