Called for service appt at 1: 45 pm Friday 09/20/2023 and service phone receptionist, amazing, Autumn asked us if we are ok with a 3 pm appt?
Brought car in and we're out of there by 4: 30 thanks to the terrific technician; marvelous Makala, and awesome Amanda (service advisors).
Super Subaru dealership at Wilsonville. The Best!

I didn't know that Wilsonville existed, let alone the large Subaru dealership. However, I had a vehicle breakdown on a trip from Orange County to Vancouver, BC. I had the Subaru towed the short distance to the dealership. I met Spencer and his fantastic staff. They were so warm and helpful to a weary Canadian traveler. The car ended up having suffered a significant engine problem, which ended up needing the long block replaced. I took a train home to Vancouver, and the next month was in regular contact with Spencer in regards to the process of acquiring parts and their installation. The car was repaired, and Wilsonviille Subaru turned a bad situation into a hood life memory. Thanks to Spencer, Danielle, and the rest of the Service Department.
Maybe try offering free estimates for repairs since repairs can get so expensive anyway. Or at least proactively disclosing that you charge $165 JUST TO DIAGNOSE WHATS WRONG!
DISHONEST! I never felt right when I heard the man first speak to me. He was trying to sell expensive services. I went in to have my daughters car checked for a possible issue in the front end. She heard but I could not ever get it to be a problem. They charged 160$ for diagnostic services. Ok. I was good with that. Then I got an estimate for $5600! They wanted to rebuild the entire front end. I sent the pictures they provided to another mechanic for him to look. We ended up taking it to get a second opinion in Beaverton at another mechanic shop. They drove it. Got underneath it. Checked it out well. Came back and said “THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG EXCEPT A POSSIBLE FRONT END ALIGNMENT NEEDED AND IT WAS NOT REALLY OFF THAT MUCH. ” I showed the mechanic what they were saying needed to be done. He laughed. Said I was going to be taken advantage.
They were even so kind as to not charge me for them looking because of what this Subaru dealership had done.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANYTHING. THEY POINT BLANK LIED TO ME AND WERE TRYING TO JUST RIP ME OFF!
Never using this Subaru service center again.
I stopped for my oil change/tire rotation/inspection while traveling.
Had the express service, which was done in a very reasonable amount of time - however - when I returned home, I noticed that my tires had not been rotated. I contacted my service advisor from that day, and they stated that this has been a known issue; also they suggested I could come back for the issue to be addressed.
I live over 2 hours from this Subaru service center & it is not feasible for me to drive all the way there for the tire rotation. I asked if another Subaru service center closer to me could take care of this issue at no cost, or if I could be refunded the cost since I'll have to pay another shop to do it. I was told that it was being discussed with the service manager. I've heard nothing else since. I visited in late April.
I've never questioned any work Subaru has done for me in the past, and I've used multiple dealerships across the country. But now, I will always check my tires before I drive away.
We left a 2015 Outback to diagnoze on Monday 5/1/2023 and when we picked it up in the evening that day the map no longer loaded. (It has been loading for the life of the car and when we drove the car to the dealership). They say they have nothing to do with it and refuse to fix the problem free of charge. In April 2022 they serviced the same car and returned it without engine cover, charged for the new one. A bit earlier they did a brake service and the next day the car started having noise. We stopped by the closest Les Schwab and they said that one caliper bolt was already lost and the other loose so the caliper almost fell off. Lots of coincidences with that dealership - we are not going there anymore.
Bought my wife's 2022 outback wilderness there great place to buy a new Subaru and get it serviced. What else can I say?
