Earlier this year, my wife and I were looking for a realtor to help us sell my mother’s home. Since we live in Oregon, we were hoping to find a realtor that both knew the market and would provide a high level of service and support in handling all the details.

Bob Jorgensons name was given to us by a close friend who had worked with him a few years ago to both sell their current home as well as purchase a new home. After meeting with Bob and hearing his recommendations and approach to selling my mother’s home, we knew we had found the right real estate professional.

He shared several comparable sales to help determine the listing price and did a great job in explaining the entire process and expected timeline to make sure we had realistic expectations. He also made several suggestions on how we could make the house “show” better with some minimal upgrades and improvements.

Bob did a great job in keeping us updated throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions and worked hard to make sure we had a clear understanding of what was happening. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with, and we feel very fortunate he handled the transaction for us.
