The manager taking care of the place is just milking the owners because he doesn’t do anything & the place looks like a dump

I used to live here back in 2011-2015 loved it. Love the fact that Walmart was my neighbor lol

Like all mobile home parks, there is no place to park if you are not a tenant

It’s pretty calm considering it’s right next to Walmart, a nice place to live if I’m honest, but there are a lot of screaming little kids who don’t make the best choices the managers constantly come and go.
There is a lot of racism and harassment though, it’s like a different world very quiet and contained.
