I just finished up an appointment at Woodstock Dental and I left with the biggest smile on my face. My dentist who also saw me back in 2015 did such an amazing job not only cleaning my teeth but also making me feel comfortable. I am so sad that he is going to retire soon but I am grateful that I got the opportunity to meet such an educated, talented, and hardworking man like him. Our conversations were endless and my teeth look so beautiful! I appreciate every staff member within this establishment because they are all so friendly and helpful.

I literally don’t know what I paid for. Was told over the phone I could come in for an exam… found out once I was in the chair that it’s a “limited exam”, and they wouldn’t even look at my whole mouth? When they realized I didn’t have insurance to cover full X-rays they rushed me out the door. Waste of time and money.

I don't usually write a lot of reviews, especially for medical professionals but my experience here was like nothing I have dealt with before. I would absolutely avoid this place.

My first 2 appointments were completely fine. Although I did feel a bit uncomfortable by the head front desk person, named Tina I believe, because I could overhear her talking bad about another patient that she just got off of the phone with. Didn't think too much of it. The rest of the staff were nice. I then get a request for payment after already paying after my second appointment so I tried calling to better understand what the charge was. Called twice, no answer during business hours. 3rd time was able to get to the receptionist (Tina) and she explained the charge to me. I started to get a little choked up because it was just an overwhelming amount that I didn't expect to pay, she then proceeded to on the phone say "Oh my gosh, don't start crying! Ugh! " and hung up on me.

I called back and asked why she hung up and then tried gaslighting me into saying that I was the one who hung up, which was absolutely not true. I have never in my life experienced something like that and was honestly so shocked at this.

This was incredibly hurtful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this office because of that experience. After looking at other reviews, it looks like I’m not the first person to have an unpleasant experience with her.

Came in as a new patient for a cleaning, and they sent me to a specialist. Specialist did their thing and sent me back for the cleaning. 6 months go by, and then they cancel my appointment the week of. Call to reschedule, and the soonest is 7 months out. I have no idea how they are, but scheduling is a disaster.

Poor experience wanting to get a quote for care. How hard is it too be provided my insurance information and tell me what my out of pocket will be to reseal a filling on my back tooth?
I was told I would have to come in for an X-ray and essentially be charged for a visit? This just in order to know what the cost would be? Ridiculous

My family started at Woodstock a few years ago. I am disappointed in them. Dr Nyugen and dental techs are awesome, I moved my whole family there after my first visit and have been happy, until this past year. Unfortunately, I was sick with covid the day of my visit, so had to reschedule. I was so surprised to be treated very rudely when told i would need to wait another 6 months to get back in. The tone of voice from person who answered made me very uncomfortable, but i just left it. I called again later, thinking maybe someone was just in a bad mood, but got the exact same treatment.
Because I really did like this place, I tried calling again today and asked to speak with the office manager, Tina. I was making an effort to be polite, and ask if there was any way I could be gotten in, as it was now over a year. I guess I though tif I talked to the manager, and they realized my whole family were committed customers, they might be able to accommodate.
But NOOOOO. What is disturbing, is that manager Tina, was the person I was talking to all along on all the previous calls. I guess I expected a manager to be just a LITTLE more concerned than this about the very nice dentist's business. I called back later to ask her to remove my family from her records since I couldn't actually ever get in for an appt. Tina seemed very happy to oblige. Good luck to you Dr Nguyen
