Called about noisy fan. Checked and could find on problem. The service rep.thought it might have been ice on fan causing rubbing.

We've had Dillon in the past and I greatly appreciate his expertise. I've been so happy with his work that I've been requesting him everytime. After the last maintenance visit, the somewhat rude reception told me that "they would allow Dillon to come out this last time, but in the future he will no longer be doing maintenance visits. "

This visit, I didn't bother asking for Dillon because of the way the reception spoke to me when I did. I was sent Scott, the technician, not the owner. Scott was equally amazing! He's very respectful, personable, quick, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Hopefully they leave Scott on the maintenance team. It's so rare to find valuable contractors/technicians of any kind! Thanks Scott and Dillon!

They did a very good job, on time, and fast, and I feel they were very honest in what they recommended to have done with my unit.

I needed to replace a failing furnace with a quality product at a reasonable price. I had estimates from several companies but was not satisfied with either the product and/or the cost. A friend who recently purchased a new furnace told me to contact Woodward Heating. Scott Woodward came out the same day of my inquiry and provided me with four options & a link to the manufacturer. After reviewing all the options & checking out the information on the manufacturer, it was easy to choose an option that fit my needs as well as my budget. The installation was done the next day by two very skilled installers & my new furnace was up and running before noon. I highly recommend Woodward Heating to anyone who needs a new furnace.

Fast, prompt service. Our furnace was going out and called same day and got an appointment with Brennan who was professional and knowledgable. Received a good deal on new furnace and added AC. Called on a Friday to schedule the installation and everything was installed on Monday. Brandon and Russ did an outstanding job installing in quick time to get us up and running. Very professional company. Scott came out to my shop to look at my project when he said he would. He had an estimate emailed to me within hours after leaving. The estimate was very professionally put together. Once I approved the estimate we scheduled the job.
His guys came out on the scheduled day to do the install of a mini split system for my office. They finished same day. Everything was completed. No loose ends.
I’m very pleased and will be recommending Woodward heating to not only my friends but also to all my customers.

My furnace quit last night. I replaced the thermostat myself and it still didn’t work. I called Woodward and they came out within a couple hours! The technician Jacob Sykes was awesome!

He was able to make it work and thought there was an issue with the thermostat. I pulled the cover and realized I forgot to remove a cardboard piece that has to be removed for the new thermostat to work.

I felt stupid, he said yay you fixed it! I asked him the charge and he said no charge! I highly recommend Woodward! I will be using again in the future.

Woodward heating put in our heat pump 5 years ago and it has made a big difference in our ability to control the comfort of our home. Also, much more cost effective than what we had before. We needed a new thermostat and Woodward ordered and installed it within 3 days. Scott, the technician was very capable and friendly.

Very nice company to do business with! Met with Brennon to take a look at our furnace and A/C (knowing it was time to upgrade!) Then about a week in a half later we had Chris and Brian here doing the work.so happy with them too! They want to leave their customers with a smile and trusting they did they very best work possible! Will recommend Woodward to anyone! Well already did. Did a great install on our new construction. Dillon made a visit today to assess an issue we had on our new install and everything is working perfect now

Our technician Jacob was very professional fixed the problem right away free of charge and did additional work for us after asking questions about our AC unit identifying another problem that we didn't even realise was a big problem and not supposed to be happening. I will definitely be going with woodward if i have a problem again.

We recently had our furnace stop working on us and Woodward Heating was our end choice of HVAC dealer/repair. We had a couple other companies come out and look at our furnace system, but all others were either over-priced or unable to accommodate scheduling. All other companies in the area did not even stock the furnaces that they sold! Woodward Heating stocks the units that they sell for immediate installation. The Sales people were very helpful with finding and discussing our needs without the "pushy" attitudes. Once we made the decision to have them install our new furnace; they were able to install the next day. During the installation process, they found that the unit that was to be installed was defective from the factory. They immediately called another technician to retrieve the defective furnace and bring another. The same model was not available until the next day, so they gave us the "next step up" on a furnace without additional costs. That was amazing to me that they were very accommodating to get the project done - and done correctly. I am very happy with our new furnace and am very comfortable in our home again!
