Julian Soler was wonderful to work with! He was so patient and explained everything so well (without over explaining). He's such a great listener, which made him a great thought partner. Julian is also so personable, kind, and caring. It's very clear he cares about his clients. Julian went above and beyond with the inspection, working with the electrician and inspector to double check various items. Julian made buying our first home so, so easy. I can't recommend Julian enough!

Randomly matched with Chris and Stephanie through Zillow for residential showing. Had a great impression after first viewing and weeks later I quickly shifted my gear to commercial real estate. Despite being in the residential realm for 20 years, I’ve zero commercial knowledge and within days, Chris & Stephanie were able to refer me to a commercial lender, guided me through all the process and gave me a full run down. Without their help, I wouldn’t have the means and tools to purchase my investment property.

I had a great experience with Works Real estate. It took me over a year to find my dream home, and my realtor was attentive and patient with me, showing me lots of houses. She helped me come to a clear understanding of what I was looking for and then really focused in on helping me find it. And we did! Works RE's, Darby Britton & Elle Scott, did a fantastic job representing us. Our timing to market was not ideal, having bought in mid-2021 and selling in mid-to-late-2023 and they still managed to get us a closing outcome that we're not only happy with, but also brought us a modest return on our investment. From little things like a lighted road sign or pairing us with cost-conscious staging to advising what was worth our time and money prepping for sale and even when to sit tight during the process - they did a fantastic job. Works RE's transaction team was on top of it as well.
