Fist impression via phone wasn't encouraging. Hoping things are better in person.

I had a lovely experience at this Work Source location, from check-in to help everything was great. I did check maps prior to visiting to ensure I went at a not-busy time.

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Eredey, who took the time to evaluate my unique career situation, resume, and provide expert strategic and tactical career guidance, all with an empathetic lens. In fact, meeting with her was inspiring!

This is one of the few reviews where I hope I won't need to come back, but if I do need their services again, it's nice to know they're here for me. Thank you!

Terrible place. Computers are ancient and broken. Couldn't even get through the introductory phase with the help of their associates. Complete wreck. Feels like a waste of taxpayers money honestly.

All they want is your ssn so they can say they help someone. This is twice in the last ten years I went to get help. With no help or information to what to do next. You’re better off getting private help on your resume and using the the job apps on your phone.

These people are an asset to the unemployed. Everytime I go to the office I always leave satisfied and, feel better about myself.
